基于AMP的L 1/2 正則化方法

本文研究基于AMP的L1/2正則化方法,采用Belief Propagation算法的思想構(gòu)造了基于AMP改進的Half閾值迭代算法,并證明所提算法至多需要有限步就能精確估計稀疏向量.通過稀疏信號重建實驗,我們驗證了幾種基于AMP的閾值迭代求解算法的非凸正則化方法具有強的信號重建和相變能力.
