【摘要】：法國數(shù)學(xué)家格羅滕迪克被公認(rèn)為20世紀(jì)最偉大的數(shù)學(xué)家之一。他出身貧寒主要依靠自學(xué),卻在泛函分析和代數(shù)幾何領(lǐng)域做出了劃時(shí)代的偉大貢獻(xiàn)。40歲以后他開始從事反戰(zhàn)等政治活動(dòng),逐漸放棄數(shù)學(xué)研究乃至完全脫離學(xué)術(shù)界�？疾爝@樣一位科學(xué)家,對于揭示科學(xué)與社會(huì)關(guān)系的本質(zhì),或許不無啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:French mathematician Grotendick is recognized as one of the greatest mathematicians of the 20 th century. He was born poor and mainly relied on self-study, but made great contributions in the field of functional analysis and algebra geometry. After the age of 40, he began to engage in anti-war and other political activities, gradually giving up mathematical research and even completely separated from academia. It may be enlightening to examine such a scientist to reveal the nature of science and social relations.
