在線定制中的用戶配置逆優(yōu)化模型

【摘要】:針對(duì)多產(chǎn)品定制環(huán)境中的可實(shí)現(xiàn)性約束沖突問(wèn)題和用戶滿意度最大化問(wèn)題,基于Kano模型建立了多產(chǎn)品在線定制的原始模型;并通過(guò)逆優(yōu)化模型來(lái)合理調(diào)整其中的產(chǎn)品配置參數(shù)和可實(shí)現(xiàn)性約束參數(shù),對(duì)用戶現(xiàn)有的個(gè)性化產(chǎn)品配置方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化.算例表明,方法能夠保證給定產(chǎn)品需求成為最優(yōu)解,為有效引導(dǎo)用戶在線定制活動(dòng)提供新思路.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of realizability constraint conflict and user satisfaction maximization in multi-product customization environment, the original model of multi-product online customization is established based on Kano model. Through the inverse optimization model, the product configuration parameters and realizable constraint parameters are adjusted reasonably, and the existing personalized product configuration schemes are optimized. Numerical examples show that the method can ensure that the given product requirements become the optimal solution, and provide a new idea for guiding the online customization activities of users effectively.
