【摘要】：本文建立了具有最優(yōu)工作年限與閑暇的生命周期模型,研究個(gè)人在給定的工資增長(zhǎng)率、壽命和生存函數(shù)下如何最優(yōu)地選擇退休年齡的問題,其中個(gè)人從消費(fèi)和退休后的閑暇得到效用.文中嚴(yán)格證明在給定指數(shù)生存和現(xiàn)實(shí)生存函數(shù)下,個(gè)體存在最優(yōu)退休年齡.文中討論了工資增長(zhǎng)率對(duì)最優(yōu)工作年限和閑暇的影響,證明在指數(shù)生存函數(shù)下退休年齡隨著工資增長(zhǎng)率的增加而增加.對(duì)于現(xiàn)實(shí)性生存函數(shù),文中討論了工資增長(zhǎng)率和壽命對(duì)最優(yōu)退休工作和閑暇的影響,得到最優(yōu)退休年齡隨著工資增長(zhǎng)率和壽命的增加而增加.最后,通過數(shù)值仿真展現(xiàn)工資增長(zhǎng)率及預(yù)期壽命對(duì)個(gè)人資產(chǎn)路徑與最優(yōu)退休年齡的影響.
[Abstract]:In this paper, a life cycle model with optimal working life and leisure time is established to study how an individual optimizes the choice of retirement age under the given wage growth rate, life span and survival function. Individuals benefit from consumption and leisure after retirement. In this paper, it is strictly proved that there exists an optimal retirement age for individuals under given exponential survival and real survival functions. This paper discusses the effect of wage growth rate on the optimal working life and leisure time, and proves that the retirement age increases with the increase of wage growth rate under the exponential survival function. For the realistic survival function, this paper discusses the effect of wage growth rate and life span on the optimal retirement work and leisure time, and obtains that the optimal retirement age increases with the increase of wage growth rate and life span. Finally, the effects of wage growth rate and life expectancy on the path of personal assets and the optimal retirement age are demonstrated by numerical simulation.
