【摘要】：考慮到醫(yī)療需求隨時間動態(tài)變化而具有不確定性的特征,提出一種醫(yī)療中心動態(tài)選址方法。在該方法中,首先將選址規(guī)劃期劃分為多個階段,使用指數(shù)平滑法對各階段的醫(yī)療需求進(jìn)行預(yù)測;進(jìn)一步的,以整個規(guī)劃期內(nèi)患者與醫(yī)療中心的成本要求為目標(biāo),同時考慮醫(yī)療中心的容量限制、患者可接受路程距離的限制以及建設(shè)醫(yī)療中心的投資金額的限制,建立動態(tài)選址優(yōu)化模型;通過使用Matlab求解該線性模型,可得到醫(yī)療中心的優(yōu)化選址方案以及醫(yī)療中心與患者之間的分配關(guān)系。最后,通過實例分析表明了給出方法的可行性與有效性。
[Abstract]:Considering the uncertainty of medical demand with time, a dynamic location method for medical center is proposed. In this method, the location planning period is divided into several stages, and the exponential smoothing method is used to predict the medical needs of each stage. Further, targeting the cost requirements of patients and medical centres throughout the planning period, taking into account the capacity constraints of medical centres, the limits of distance acceptable to patients and the amount of money invested in the construction of medical centres, Establish dynamic location optimization model; By using Matlab to solve the linear model, the optimal location of the medical center and the distribution relationship between the center and the patient can be obtained. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are demonstrated by an example.
