【摘要】：在群決策過程中,由于客觀問題的復(fù)雜性、不確定性,以及決策者自身認知能力和信息獲取途徑的局限性,使得決策者在評價方案時,難以用單個或多個精確數(shù)值表示個人偏好.區(qū)間猶豫模糊集涵蓋了區(qū)間數(shù)和猶豫模糊集的部分性質(zhì),可以更有效的對決策信息進行表達,在區(qū)間猶豫模糊環(huán)境下得到的決策結(jié)果更貼近實際,因此,區(qū)間猶豫模糊決策方法的研究具有實際意義.本文將針對現(xiàn)有區(qū)間猶豫模糊環(huán)境下決策方法的不足,對區(qū)間猶豫模糊環(huán)境下的序關(guān)系以及群決策問題進行分析研究,具體內(nèi)容如下:(1)序關(guān)系是決策的關(guān)鍵,本文對現(xiàn)有區(qū)間猶豫模糊環(huán)境中序關(guān)系進行分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有決策方法在某些決策問題中存在丟失決策原信息、決策過程缺乏柔性、決策結(jié)果過于絕對等不足.提出新的區(qū)間猶豫模糊環(huán)境下的序關(guān)系:優(yōu)先度和幾何平均型優(yōu)先度,并對其性質(zhì)進行了研究.(2)將區(qū)間數(shù)可能度的二維定義進行拓展,定義區(qū)間猶豫模糊可能度,定義基于可能度的區(qū)間猶豫模糊序關(guān)系等,并對其性質(zhì)進行研究.(3)將優(yōu)先度、幾何平均型優(yōu)先度應(yīng)用到群決策問題中,構(gòu)建基于優(yōu)先度的群決策方法;進一步,將優(yōu)先度與逼近理想點法和PROMETHEE法進行結(jié)合,構(gòu)建出基于優(yōu)先度逼近理想點群決策方法和基于優(yōu)先度的PROMETHEE群決策方法.通過相應(yīng)實例對所提方法的可行性、合理性進行對比分析.
[Abstract]:In the process of group decision making, due to the complexity and uncertainty of objective problems, as well as the limitations of the decision makers' own cognitive ability and access to information, it makes the decision makers evaluate the scheme. It is difficult to express personal preferences in terms of individual or multiple exact values. Interval hesitating fuzzy sets cover some properties of interval numbers and hesitant fuzzy sets, which can express decision information more effectively, and the results obtained in interval hesitation fuzzy environment are more practical. The study of interval hesitation fuzzy decision making method is of practical significance. In order to solve the problem of order relation and group decision making in interval hesitating fuzzy environment, this paper will analyze and study the problems of order relation and group decision making. The main contents are as follows: (1) order relation is the key of decision making. In this paper, the order relation in the existing interval hesitation fuzzy environment is analyzed and studied. It is found that the existing decision methods lose the original information of the decision in some decision problems, the decision-making process lacks flexibility, and the decision result is too absolute. This paper proposes a new order relation in interval hesitation fuzzy environment: priority and geometric average priority, and studies its properties. (2) the two-dimensional definition of interval number probability is extended to define interval hesitation fuzzy possibility. The interval hesitating fuzzy order relation based on possibility degree is defined, and its properties are studied. (3) the priority degree and geometric average priority are applied to group decision making problem to construct group decision making method based on priority degree. By combining priority with approximation of ideal point method and PROMETHEE method, the decision making method based on priority approximating ideal point group and PROMETHEE group decision method based on priority degree are constructed. The feasibility and rationality of the proposed method are compared and analyzed through corresponding examples.
