【摘要】：建立了一類具自我防護措施的瘧疾模型,并探討了人群的自我防護因素對瘧疾傳播的影響.模型構(gòu)建中采用蚊帳使用率來反映對瘧疾防護能力的大小,并結(jié)合基本再生數(shù)R_0,利用迭代法分析瘧疾病毒的傳播動力學特征.結(jié)果表明,在蚊帳使用率p滿足一定條件的前提下,當R_01時,無病平衡點全局漸近穩(wěn)定;當R_01時,地方病平衡點全局漸近穩(wěn)定.
[Abstract]:A malaria model with self-protective measures was established and the effect of self-protective factors on malaria transmission was discussed. In the model construction, mosquito net utilization rate was used to reflect the magnitude of malaria protection ability, and combined with the number of basic regeneration R _ 0, the dynamic characteristics of malaria virus transmission were analyzed by iterative method. The results show that the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable under the condition that the net utilization p satisfies certain conditions, and the endemic equilibrium point is globally asymptotically stable when R _ (01) is satisfied.
