【摘要】：當(dāng)串聯(lián)系統(tǒng)含有屏蔽數(shù)據(jù)且屏蔽概率與失效部件相關(guān)時(shí),研究系統(tǒng)中相依部件分布參數(shù)及可靠度函數(shù)的估計(jì)問題。假設(shè)部件壽命服從二元Marshall-Olkin型指數(shù)分布,在逐步Ⅱ型截尾下,基于屏蔽數(shù)據(jù),推導(dǎo)出部件參數(shù)及可靠度函數(shù)的極大似然估計(jì)。鑒于極大似然估計(jì)法在完全屏蔽情形下的局限性,利用貝葉斯方法,在平方損失函數(shù)下推導(dǎo)出部件參數(shù)和可靠度函數(shù)的貝葉斯估計(jì)。最后利用Monte-Carlo方法給出數(shù)值例子,比較了兩種估計(jì)結(jié)果的優(yōu)劣;同時(shí)研究了屏蔽概率和截尾數(shù)對(duì)估計(jì)結(jié)果的影響。結(jié)果表明兩種估計(jì)的精度均隨著屏蔽概率的增大而降低,隨著截尾數(shù)的增大而增高,貝葉斯估計(jì)較極大似然估計(jì)效果更優(yōu)。
