基于三階段DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)的云南省工業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率研究

【摘要】:工業(yè)是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基石,如何提高工業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率長期以來一直是工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的熱點(diǎn)問題。2015年云南省工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值較1978年增加了184.46倍,但不可忽略的是云南省工業(yè)發(fā)展仍然存在著技術(shù)效率低、地區(qū)差異明顯、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)失衡、單位能耗高等現(xiàn)實(shí)性問題。十三五規(guī)劃提出加快云南省產(chǎn)業(yè)由低端化向中高端化的轉(zhuǎn)變,著力調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)新型化、新型產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模化。可以看出,無論是現(xiàn)實(shí)性還是政策性,提高云南省工業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率勢在必行。本文選用三階段DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)法對2010-2014年云南省工業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率進(jìn)行測算,并深入分析各州市工業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率差異的原因。在內(nèi)容上:(1)對工業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理,通過對文獻(xiàn)梳理了解研究工業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的理論與方法;(2)對工業(yè)技術(shù)效率的概念進(jìn)行界定,闡述工業(yè)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)理論,同時對影響工業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的因素進(jìn)行分析;(3)對云南省工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析找出當(dāng)前云南工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)存在的問題;(4)構(gòu)建云南省工業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率評價體系;(5)利用三階段DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)對2010-2014年云南省工業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率進(jìn)行測算分析;(6)根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果得出結(jié)論,提出相關(guān)政策建議。通過本文研究可以得到以下結(jié)論:(1)工業(yè)核心區(qū)、工業(yè)邊遠(yuǎn)區(qū)技術(shù)效率非DEA有效的主要原因在于規(guī)模效率非DEA有效,而工業(yè)邊緣區(qū)技術(shù)效率非DEA有效在于純技術(shù)效率非DEA有效。(2)以環(huán)境變量作為解釋變量,投入冗余值作為被解釋變量進(jìn)行SFA回歸分析,結(jié)果表明:人均GDP、人均居民消費(fèi)、各地區(qū)進(jìn)出口額/各地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值與投入冗余值之間相關(guān)系數(shù)均為負(fù),單位GDP能耗、財政支出占GDP比重對投入冗余值的影響可正可負(fù)。(3)利用Spearman等級檢驗(yàn)后發(fā)現(xiàn),與第一階段DEA分析結(jié)果相比,第三階段結(jié)果相關(guān)性更強(qiáng),顯著性更高。(4)以規(guī)模效率0.9、純技術(shù)效率0.9為尺度,將云南省各州市工業(yè)分為雙高型、高低型、低高型、雙低型四類,結(jié)果表明規(guī)模效率低是造成云南省工業(yè)技術(shù)效率低的主要原因。(5)對第三階段投入與產(chǎn)出變量進(jìn)行Malmquist指數(shù)分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),相對于技術(shù)效率,技術(shù)進(jìn)步對云南省工業(yè)影響更大。
[Abstract]:Industry is the cornerstone of economic development. How to improve the efficiency of industrial production has long been a hot topic in industrial economic research. In 2015, the total industrial output value of Yunnan Province increased 184.46 times compared with 1978. However, it can not be ignored that there are still some practical problems in the industrial development of Yunnan Province, such as low technical efficiency, obvious regional differences, unbalanced industrial structure and high energy consumption per unit. The 13th Five-Year Plan proposed to accelerate the transformation of Yunnan industry from low end to middle and high end, to adjust the industrial structure, to promote the new type of traditional industry, and to promote the scale of new industry. It can be seen that it is imperative to improve the efficiency of industrial production in Yunnan Province, regardless of reality or policy. In this paper, the three-stage DEA-Malmquist index method is used to measure the industrial production efficiency of Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2014, and the reasons for the differences in industrial production efficiency between different cities are analyzed in depth. The contents are as follows: (1) combing the domestic and foreign literature on industrial production efficiency, understanding the theories and methods of industrial production efficiency through literature combing; (2) defining the concept of industrial technological efficiency, expounding the relevant theories of industrial production, At the same time, the factors affecting the efficiency of industrial production are analyzed; (3) the current situation of industrial economy in Yunnan Province is analyzed to find out the problems existing in the current industrial economy of Yunnan Province; (4) the evaluation system of industrial production efficiency in Yunnan Province is constructed; (5) the evaluation system of industrial production efficiency in Yunnan Province is established; The three-stage DEA-Malmquist index is used to measure and analyze the industrial production efficiency of Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2014. (6) based on the empirical results, the author draws a conclusion. Put forward relevant policy recommendations. Through the research of this paper, we can get the following conclusions: (1) the main reason for the non-DEA efficiency of industrial core area and industrial remote area is that the scale efficiency is not DEA effective. However, the non-DEA efficiency of industrial edge area lies in the pure technical efficiency non-DEA efficiency. (2) the environmental variable is taken as the explanatory variable, the redundant value is input as the explained variable, and the SFA regression analysis is carried out. The results show that: per capita DEA, per capita consumption, The correlation coefficient between the import and export value of each region and the input redundancy value is negative. The effect of unit GDP energy consumption and the proportion of financial expenditure to GDP on the input redundancy value can be positively negative. (3) after using the Spearman grade test, it is found that, Compared with the results of DEA analysis in the first stage, the results of the third stage are more relevant and significant. (4) based on the scale efficiency 0.9 and the pure technical efficiency 0.9, the industries in Yunnan Province are divided into four types: double high type, low high type, double low type. The results show that the low scale efficiency is the main reason for the low efficiency of industrial technology in Yunnan Province. (5) by the Malmquist index analysis of the input and output variables in the third stage, it is found that the technological progress has a greater impact on the industrial efficiency of Yunnan Province than the technical efficiency.
