【摘要】：針對(duì)某些生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)存在等待時(shí)間約束及設(shè)備劣化引起產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量損失這2個(gè)問題,構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)的緩沖區(qū)控制和預(yù)防性維護(hù)的聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型。首先,利用伽馬過程對(duì)下游瓶頸工作站的劣化過程進(jìn)行建模,并考慮由于其狀態(tài)劣化引起的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量損失;其次,在此基礎(chǔ)上,將工件的到達(dá)、中間緩沖區(qū)及下游工作站的加工過程視為一排隊(duì)系統(tǒng),引入M/G/1/K排隊(duì)模型分別求解了在制品(WIP)被阻塞和超出等待時(shí)間約束的概率;最后,以最大化系統(tǒng)的"有效產(chǎn)出"為目標(biāo),對(duì)系統(tǒng)的預(yù)防性維護(hù)和緩沖區(qū)控制作了聯(lián)合優(yōu)化。數(shù)值實(shí)例表明:本文所提模型是切實(shí)、有效的,對(duì)帶等待時(shí)間約束的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的緩沖區(qū)控制、預(yù)防性維護(hù)以及產(chǎn)出提高具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the two problems of waiting time constraint and product quality loss caused by equipment deterioration in some production systems, a joint optimization model of buffer control and preventive maintenance is constructed. First, the gamma process is used to model the deterioration process of the downstream bottleneck workstation, and the product quality loss caused by the deterioration of the state of the workstation is considered. Secondly, on this basis, the arrival of the workpiece is carried out. The processing process of intermediate buffer and downstream workstation is regarded as a queueing system. The M/G/1/K queuing model is introduced to solve the probability of (WIP) blocking and exceeding the waiting time respectively. Finally, the goal is to maximize the "effective output" of the system. The preventive maintenance and buffer control of the system are optimized. Numerical examples show that the proposed model is practical and effective, and it has certain guiding significance for buffer control, preventive maintenance and output improvement of production system with waiting time constraints.
