【摘要】：針對主觀賦權法在多指標評價過程中受人為因素的影響,導致評價結果隨意性較強的問題,提出一種基于主成分分析構建指標權重的客觀賦權法;將樣本數(shù)據(jù)矩陣轉置,依據(jù)客觀數(shù)據(jù)之間的關系,用主成分分析的方法計算各項指標的得分,繼而歸一化處理,作為各項指標的權重系數(shù)。結果表明,該方法既能體現(xiàn)各項指標的相對重要性,又能體現(xiàn)指標間的差異性,將其應用于多指標綜合評價中的評價結果能夠達到科學、合理、客觀的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that subjective weighting method is influenced by human factors in the process of multi-index evaluation, this paper puts forward an objective weighting method based on principal component analysis to construct index weight, and transposes the sample data matrix. According to the relationship between the objective data, the principal component analysis (PCA) method is used to calculate the scores of each index, and then to normalize it as the weight coefficient of each index. The results show that the method can not only reflect the relative importance of each index, but also reflect the difference between the indicators. The evaluation results of applying the method to the comprehensive evaluation of multiple indexes can meet the scientific, reasonable and objective requirements.
