基于模糊理論的老年人出游APP用戶體驗研究
[Abstract]:The improvement of people's living standard has promoted the development of spiritual culture industry. With the attention of tourism, sightseeing, entertainment and so on, the tourism market has been developing and expanding. People can obtain travel information through the Internet, but also through the Internet, intelligent terminals to query and book travel information. How to enable users to have a better user experience in the use and operation of intelligent terminals is a topic that researchers in related fields pay more attention to at present. In this paper, some related theories, such as user experience, fuzzy theory and so on, are combed, and the physiological, psychological and travel behaviors of the elderly are investigated. At the same time, the user experience of the elderly travel app is studied. A user experience measurement model based on fuzzy theory is proposed, and the quantitative analysis of user satisfaction is carried out. In the analysis of the user satisfaction of the elderly trip app, the author firstly analyzed and summarized the many kinds of apps, and then compared the four typical apps related to the theme. According to expert judgment, the priority relation matrix and fuzzy consistent matrix are established. Then, according to the formula of fuzzy theory, the weight of each layer of app is calculated, and the user experience of the four apps is analyzed according to the weight. Based on the data collection and data analysis of many factors affecting the user experience of the elderly, the importance of the factors affecting the user experience is obtained. Then, the hierarchical index system is given, and the measurement model is established. Through the weight calculation and data analysis of the measurement model, the influence of the importance ranking of many user experience factors on the satisfaction degree of the elderly travel app is judged. According to the weight of each influence factor from big to small, the index of the sub-target level is optimized in turn, and then evaluated and tested, until the sub-target level index of the app is the best. According to this method, the user experience was optimized iteratively, and the optimized app was tested by user evaluation, and the result showed that the satisfaction degree of user experience was improved, in order to better serve the travel of the elderly. It is expected that the research in this paper can provide some theoretical methods and practical guidance for iterative optimization similar to app user experience.
