【摘要】：關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈的彈性,供應(yīng)能力恢復(fù)時(shí)效性的重要程度絲毫不亞于供應(yīng)能力的恢復(fù)程度。本文研究了面向供應(yīng)恢復(fù)時(shí)效性的彈性分銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)問題�？紤]一個(gè)三級(jí)分銷網(wǎng)絡(luò),其中各分銷中心互為各自的備用分銷中心。當(dāng)一個(gè)分銷中心因發(fā)生失效事件而不能接受制造商的供貨時(shí),制造商通過其他分銷中心向失效的分銷中心供貨。分銷中心需要保持一定量的應(yīng)急庫存以滿足在應(yīng)急供應(yīng)到達(dá)之前的顧客需求。針對(duì)該問題建立了混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型。該模型包含的大M約束使得直接使用優(yōu)化軟件求解需要很長的計(jì)算時(shí)間,并對(duì)計(jì)算平臺(tái)的硬件配置有較高要求。為了更高效地求解該模型,提出了改進(jìn)的MILP分解算法。通過對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),證明了所提算法的效率和有效性。進(jìn)行了模型的敏感性分析,研究了各項(xiàng)參數(shù)對(duì)分銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)和成本的影響。
[Abstract]:On the flexibility of the supply chain, the degree of recovery of the important supply ability to recover the timeliness of no less than the supply capacity. The paper researches on the timeliness of the elastic recovery of supply distribution network design problem. Consider a three level distribution network, the distribution center of mutual backup distribution centers respectively. When a distribution center for hair Failure events can not accept manufacturers supply, manufacturers supply to the failure of the distribution center through other distribution center. The distribution of emergency center needs to maintain a certain amount of inventory to meet before the emergency supply of arriving customers needs. A mixed integer programming model is established to solve the problem. The model contains the M constraint The direct use of software to solve the optimization need a long time, and has high requirements for computing platform hardware configuration. In order to efficiently solve the model, this paper proposed an improved MILP decomposition algorithm. By contrast experiment proves that the proposed efficiency and effectiveness of the algorithm. The sensitivity analysis model, studies the parameters on Effect of pin network structure and cost.
