【摘要】：加速壽命試驗(yàn)是評(píng)定高壽命產(chǎn)品可靠性的一種重要的試驗(yàn)方法,指數(shù)分布是最常見的壽命分布之一。由于觀測(cè)時(shí)間的不連續(xù)性及觀測(cè)總時(shí)間成本的限制等原因所致,無法精確的觀測(cè)到產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際失效時(shí)間,只能觀測(cè)到某個(gè)區(qū)間內(nèi)產(chǎn)品的失效個(gè)數(shù)。本文在指數(shù)分布下討論了基于分組數(shù)據(jù)的步進(jìn)應(yīng)力加速壽命試驗(yàn)的參數(shù)估計(jì),進(jìn)而計(jì)算出產(chǎn)品在正常應(yīng)力下的平均壽命。本文第一部分介紹了加速壽命試驗(yàn)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。第二部分給出了指數(shù)分布在分組數(shù)據(jù)下的步加試驗(yàn)的參數(shù)估計(jì)。第三部分給出了在等間隔情形下指數(shù)分布基于多個(gè)分組數(shù)據(jù)加速壽命方程中參數(shù)估計(jì)的顯性表達(dá)式,對(duì)于不等間隔的情形,給出了參數(shù)的隱式關(guān)系式。針對(duì)本文介紹的估計(jì)參數(shù)的方法還給出了數(shù)據(jù)模擬,結(jié)果表明這些方法是可行的。
[Abstract]:Accelerated life test is an important test method for evaluating the reliability of high life products, and exponential distribution is one of the most common life distributions. Because of the discontinuity of the observation time and the limitation of the total time cost of observation, it is impossible to accurately observe the actual failure time of the product, but only to observe the number of the products' failure in a certain interval. In this paper, the parameter estimation of step stress accelerated life test based on grouped data is discussed under exponential distribution, and the average life of products under normal stress is calculated. The first part of this paper introduces the related contents of accelerated life test. In the second part, the parameter estimation of step addition test with exponential distribution under grouped data is given. In the third part, the explicit expression of parameter estimation for exponential distribution based on multiple packet data accelerated life equation is given in the case of equal interval. For the case of unequal interval, the implicit expression of parameter is given. The methods of parameter estimation are also simulated, and the results show that these methods are feasible.
