【摘要】：在生產(chǎn)條件受控的狀態(tài)下,先驗分布與后驗分布應(yīng)服從同一分布,在假設(shè)該分布為正態(tài)分布的前提下,根據(jù)貝葉斯理論推導(dǎo)出均值、極差和標準差的迭代計算公式,并依此計算控制圖的控制限,使有效的先驗批檢驗信息得到充分運用,彌補傳統(tǒng)控制圖在小批量生產(chǎn)環(huán)境下樣本信息不足的缺點。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),基于貝葉斯原理的統(tǒng)計控制圖控制限隨著檢驗批次的逐漸增加,更接近控制界限的實際值,比傳統(tǒng)控制圖的控制效果更加可靠、有效。
[Abstract]:Under controlled production conditions, the prior distribution and the posterior distribution should be followed by the same distribution. Under the assumption that the distribution is normal, the iterative calculation formulas of mean, range and standard deviation are derived according to Bayesian theory. The control limit of the control chart is calculated so that the effective prior batch inspection information can be fully used to make up for the deficiency of the traditional control chart in the small batch production environment. It is found that the control limit of statistical control chart based on Bayesian principle is more reliable and effective than that of traditional control chart.
