用區(qū)域變換計(jì)算單螺桿擠出機(jī)流動(dòng)區(qū)域上的三維泊松方程數(shù)值解法

【摘要】:單螺桿擠出機(jī)流體流動(dòng)區(qū)域是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的區(qū)域,其截面為雙連通區(qū)域,且計(jì)算求解此流動(dòng)區(qū)域上的泊松方程是用高效的投影算法求解單螺桿擠出機(jī)流體流動(dòng)問題的核心步驟。利用共形映射將此不規(guī)則的雙連通區(qū)域轉(zhuǎn)化為同心圓環(huán),進(jìn)一步將復(fù)雜的求解區(qū)域變?yōu)橐?guī)則的圓環(huán)柱體區(qū)域,可以大大簡(jiǎn)化問題的計(jì)算,并適用于計(jì)算包含漏流層的單螺桿擠出機(jī)流體流動(dòng)問題。以截面內(nèi)邊界曲線為橢圓的單螺桿擠出機(jī)為例進(jìn)行了泊松方程的求解計(jì)算,將求得的解與精確解進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明此方法簡(jiǎn)單有效。
[Abstract]:The flow region of a single screw extruder is a complex region, whose cross section is a double connected region. The calculation of Poisson's equation in this flow region is the core step of solving the fluid flow problem of a single screw extruder with an efficient projection algorithm. By using conformal mapping, the irregular double connected region is transformed into a concentric ring, and the complex solution region is further transformed into a regular circular cylinder region, which greatly simplifies the calculation of the problem. It can be used to calculate the flow problem of single screw extruder with leakage layer. A single screw extruder with inner boundary curve as an example is used to solve the Poisson equation. The results show that the method is simple and effective.
