基于ANP的QFD模型及其在多目標優(yōu)化設計中的應用

【摘要】:作為一種先進的基于需求驅(qū)動的產(chǎn)品設計方法,質(zhì)量功能配置(QFD)具有減少產(chǎn)品研制時間、減少產(chǎn)品設計更改、提高設計可靠性和降低企業(yè)管理成本等優(yōu)點。在質(zhì)量功能配置需求變換過程中,確定顧客需求重要度和相應的工程技術特征優(yōu)先度是兩大關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。此外,解決質(zhì)量功能配置過程的模糊性問題,以便在需求變換中進行方案設計和優(yōu)化分析,也是決定產(chǎn)品設計質(zhì)量的關鍵內(nèi)容。本文試圖在前人研究基礎上針對質(zhì)量功能配置的兩大關鍵環(huán)節(jié)和一個關鍵內(nèi)容提出相應的改進的QFD模型。 圍繞兩大關鍵環(huán)節(jié)和一個關鍵內(nèi)容,本文構建了基于網(wǎng)絡分析法的QFD模型,該模型以模糊層次分析法為基礎,以三角模糊數(shù)作為標度,通過兩兩對比的方式來確定顧客需求重要度和工程技術特征優(yōu)先度。運用這種模型可以綜合考慮顧客需求內(nèi)部相關關系、工程技術特征和顧客需求間相關關系以及工程技術特征內(nèi)部相關關系,進而可以得出最終工程技術特征重要度。此外,采用Kano模型對顧客需求重要度進行修正,提出了模糊C均值聚類的方法將顧客需求軟劃分為三類,提高了需求類型劃分的科學性和合理性。在以上分析基礎上,將工程技術特征重要度作為多目標優(yōu)化設計分目標函數(shù)重要度權系數(shù),建立了一套基于顧客需求的評價函數(shù)建立方法。 以雙搖臂懸浮式高塔抱桿為例,系統(tǒng)論證了綜合模型的實施方法,得到了高塔抱桿工程技術特征優(yōu)先度排序。針對其中的主要工程技術特征,建立了高塔抱桿的多目標優(yōu)化設計數(shù)學模型,并采用遺傳算法求解優(yōu)化模型,得到了較為理想的結(jié)果,證明本文研究內(nèi)容在解決實際工程問題中的有效性。
[Abstract]:As an advanced demand-driven product design method, quality function configuration (QFDs) has the advantages of reducing product development time, reducing product design changes, improving design reliability and reducing enterprise management costs. In the process of changing the requirement of quality function configuration, determining the importance degree of customer demand and the corresponding priority of engineering technology feature are two key links. In addition, to solve the fuzzy problem in the process of quality function configuration, so as to carry out scheme design and optimization analysis in the process of requirement transformation, is also the key content of determining the quality of product design. On the basis of previous studies, this paper attempts to propose a corresponding improved QFD model for two key links and a key content of quality function configuration. Around two key links and one key content, this paper constructs a QFD model based on network analysis. The model is based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and takes the triangular fuzzy number as the scale. The importance of customer demand and the priority of engineering characteristics are determined by comparison. Using this model, we can comprehensively consider the internal correlation relationship between customer demand, the correlation relationship between engineering technology feature and customer demand, and the internal correlation relationship between engineering technology feature and engineering technology feature, and then we can get the final engineering technical feature importance degree. In addition, the Kano model is used to modify the importance of customer demand, and a fuzzy C-means clustering method is proposed to divide customer demand into three categories, which improves the scientific and reasonable classification of customer demand types. On the basis of the above analysis, the importance of engineering technical features is taken as the weight coefficient of the sub-objective function of multi-objective optimization design, and a set of evaluation functions based on customer demand is established. Taking the double rocker arm suspension tower pole as an example, the implementation method of the comprehensive model is systematically demonstrated, and the ranking of the technical characteristics of the tower lock rod engineering is obtained. According to the main engineering technical characteristics, the mathematical model of multi-objective optimization design of tower pole is established, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization model, and the results are satisfactory. It is proved that this paper is effective in solving practical engineering problems.
