基于消費數(shù)據(jù)的食堂排隊預測系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:高校食堂是大學生主要的就餐場所,排隊問題不可避免.本文就華東師范大學食堂就餐問題,運用排隊論的知識建立排隊模型.根據(jù)食堂消費記錄結合食堂出入口的人流統(tǒng)計系統(tǒng),擬合回歸,估計食堂所有窗口的平均排隊時間.學生可以實時查詢,自行選擇就餐時間,實現(xiàn)錯峰就餐,充分利用有限的食堂資源.
[Abstract]:The college canteens are the main dining places for college students . The queuing problem is inevitable . In this paper , we establish a queuing model based on the knowledge of queuing theory in the dining hall of East China Normal University . The average queuing time of all windows in the canteen is estimated based on the human flow statistical system combining the dining hall consumption records with the entrance of the canteen . Students can query them in real time , choose the meal time , realize the wrong peak meal and make full use of the limited canteen resources .
