【摘要】：采用質(zhì)量功能展開(kāi)(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)將顧客需求轉(zhuǎn)化為功能需求過(guò)程中,為綜合考慮顧客需求自相關(guān)關(guān)系和功能需求自相關(guān)關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(Analytic Network Process,ANP)的QFD模型。采用三角模糊數(shù)處理QFD中的語(yǔ)義評(píng)價(jià)信息。采用模糊決策試驗(yàn)與實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)估法獲取顧客需求自相關(guān)矩陣和功能需求自相關(guān)矩陣;利用對(duì)數(shù)最小二乘法求解模糊兩兩比較矩陣獲取顧客需求重要度;然后建立ANP-QFD模型計(jì)算功能需求初始重要度。基于技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性模糊評(píng)估信息,采用熵值法對(duì)初始重要度進(jìn)行修正,計(jì)算功能需求的最終重要度。最后以某裝載機(jī)功能需求重要度計(jì)算為例,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In the process of transforming the customer ' s demand into the function demand by Quality Function Deployment , the function demand self - correlation matrix is constructed . The fuzzy decision - making test and the experiment evaluation method are used to obtain the self - correlation matrix and the function demand self - correlation matrix .
