【摘要】：采用質(zhì)量功能展開(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)將顧客需求轉(zhuǎn)化為功能需求過程中,為綜合考慮顧客需求自相關(guān)關(guān)系和功能需求自相關(guān)關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(Analytic Network Process,ANP)的QFD模型。采用三角模糊數(shù)處理QFD中的語義評價信息。采用模糊決策試驗與實驗評估法獲取顧客需求自相關(guān)矩陣和功能需求自相關(guān)矩陣;利用對數(shù)最小二乘法求解模糊兩兩比較矩陣獲取顧客需求重要度;然后建立ANP-QFD模型計算功能需求初始重要度�；诩夹g(shù)競爭性模糊評估信息,采用熵值法對初始重要度進行修正,計算功能需求的最終重要度。最后以某裝載機功能需求重要度計算為例,驗證了所提方法的有效性。
