【摘要】：對(duì)于呈現(xiàn)自相關(guān)和波動(dòng)族聚性并存的受控過(guò)程,通常采用殘差控制圖對(duì)其進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。但異常點(diǎn)的存在會(huì)對(duì)自相關(guān)或波動(dòng)族聚性模型的擬合產(chǎn)生重要影響,使得基于該模型的殘差并非獨(dú)立同分布導(dǎo)致常規(guī)殘差控制圖監(jiān)控失效。為解決這類問(wèn)題,本文提出穩(wěn)健殘差控制圖。即建立穩(wěn)健的ARMA模型解決自相關(guān)問(wèn)題從而得到無(wú)自相關(guān)的殘差序列,用穩(wěn)健的GARCH模型來(lái)構(gòu)建控制圖的上下限。模擬和實(shí)證研究表明,本文提出的穩(wěn)健殘差控制圖具有很好的抗異常點(diǎn)能力并能更好的對(duì)金融時(shí)間序列的異�，F(xiàn)象進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:The residual control chart is usually used to monitor the controlled processes in which autocorrelation and volatility clustering coexist.However, the existence of outliers will have an important effect on the fitting of autocorrelation or volatility clustering model, which makes the residual based on the model not independent and same distribution, which leads to the failure of the conventional residual control chart monitoring.In order to solve this problem, a robust residuals control chart is presented in this paper.The robust ARMA model is established to solve the autocorrelation problem and the non-autocorrelation residuals are obtained. The upper and lower bounds of the control chart are constructed by the robust GARCH model.Simulation and empirical studies show that the robust residual control chart proposed in this paper has a good ability to resist outliers and can better monitor the abnormal phenomena of financial time series.
