【摘要】：針對具有參數(shù)漂移特征的產(chǎn)品,推導了性能指標退化模型的失效率函數(shù),從理論推導和定性分析兩個角度對退化模型的失效率函數(shù)進行了深入分析,研究結果表明,退化產(chǎn)品失效率與Gamma型產(chǎn)品具有一定的相似性,能夠使用沖擊理論直接解釋退化產(chǎn)品失效問題。進一步,給出了Gamma分布的參數(shù)確定方法,從而可以利用常見壽命分布制定退化產(chǎn)品維修策略。最后通過對液力耦合器的測量數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,說明所提方法的合理性。
[Abstract]:In view of the parameter drift characteristics of the products, derived performance degradation failure rate function model, from theoretical analysis and qualitative analysis of two aspects of the in-depth analysis of the failure rate function degradation model, the results show that the failure rate of degradation products and Gamma products have a certain degree of similarity, can be used directly to explain the impact theory the degradation products of failure. Further, given the method of determining the parameters of Gamma distribution, which can be used to develop common life distribution of degradation products maintenance strategy. By the end of the hydraulic coupler measurement data are analyzed, the rationality of the proposed approach.
