【摘要】:針對有滯留時(shí)間約束和并行加工的兩集束型裝備調(diào)度問題,分別推導(dǎo)了三類不等式約束條件,包括加工模塊處于加工和空閑兩種狀態(tài)下的滯留時(shí)間約束、任意單個(gè)和兩個(gè)搬運(yùn)作業(yè)情況下的機(jī)械手搬運(yùn)能力約束,以及緩沖模塊能力約束,從理論上證明了并行加工模塊等價(jià)加工時(shí)間的合理性,建立了以最小化生產(chǎn)周期為目標(biāo)的混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型.隨機(jī)算例和基準(zhǔn)算例的仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了模型的可行性和有效性.
[Abstract]:For two cluster equipment scheduling problems with detention time constraints and parallel machining, three kinds of inequality constraints are derived, including the retention time constraints of machining modules in the two states of processing and idle processing. It is proved theoretically that the equivalent processing time of parallel processing module is reasonable for any single and two handling operations, such as manipulator handling capacity constraints and buffer module capacity constraints. A mixed integer programming model with the aim of minimizing the production cycle is established. The simulation results of random and benchmark examples verify the feasibility and validity of the model.
