【摘要】：在新醫(yī)改背景下,基于問卷調(diào)查和因子分析對三甲醫(yī)院門診患者的滿意度進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,探討了提高醫(yī)院服務(wù)質(zhì)量和綜合實(shí)力的途徑.首先設(shè)計封閉式調(diào)查問卷,隨機(jī)抽取門診患者進(jìn)行匿名自填式問卷調(diào)查.然后采用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,基于因子分析法,提取了時間與費(fèi)用、醫(yī)生素養(yǎng)與投訴、服務(wù)、和環(huán)境等四個公共因子.最后針對掛號、醫(yī)藥費(fèi)、交通等出現(xiàn)的問題提出了相應(yīng)的建議.
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new medical reform, based on the questionnaire survey and factor analysis, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the satisfaction of outpatients in the third Class A Hospital, and discusses the ways to improve the service quality and comprehensive strength of the hospital. Firstly, a closed questionnaire is designed. Random sampling of outpatients to carry out anonymous self-filling questionnaire, and then use the statistical software SPSS for data analysis, based on factor analysis, extracted the time and cost, doctor literacy and complaints, services, Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the problems of registration, medical fee, transportation and so on.
