【摘要】：統(tǒng)計(jì)過程控制是指通過使用統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對研究對象的某個過程進(jìn)行在線監(jiān)控,科學(xué)地診斷出異常原因,以便針對問題采取有效的措施與方案,進(jìn)而保證過程的質(zhì)量.在統(tǒng)計(jì)過程控制中,控制圖是它的一個重要工具.控制圖不僅應(yīng)用于工業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)控上,還逐漸延伸到軍工、生物、醫(yī)療、銷售等領(lǐng)域.運(yùn)用CUSUM控制圖解決實(shí)際問題,本文主要對以下兩個方面的內(nèi)容做了探討研究:(1)摩托車車燈閃光器生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量控制,工廠一般對閃光器的閃爍頻率檢測使用基于3σ原理的Shewhart控制圖,以至于不能及時(shí)檢測生產(chǎn)中微小的異常情況,而降低了產(chǎn)品的合格率,增加了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)成本.由于CUSUM控制圖能及時(shí)檢測閃光器閃爍頻率發(fā)生的中小漂移,文本采用CUSUM控制圖監(jiān)控閃光器的閃爍頻率,能夠解決Shewhart控制圖存在的問題,提高了控制圖的效率,在保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的同時(shí)節(jié)約了生產(chǎn)成本.(2)股票交易市場,投資者一般通過股票預(yù)測值進(jìn)行股票買賣.由于預(yù)測值與真實(shí)值之間存在不可避免的誤差,增加了股民的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn).本文采用單邊CUSUM控制圖對股票預(yù)測值存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行在線監(jiān)控.當(dāng)控制圖發(fā)出報(bào)警信息時(shí),提醒股民此刻股票投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增大,對于愛冒險(xiǎn)的投資者可考慮處理手中部分股票,在大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的前提下從中獲利.
[Abstract]:Statistical process control refers to the use of statistical methods to monitor a certain process of the object of study on line, scientifically diagnose the abnormal reasons, in order to take effective measures and solutions to the problem. In statistical process control, the control chart is an important tool. The control chart is not only applied to the quality control of industrial products, but also extends to military industry, biology, medical treatment, In sales and other fields. Using CUSUM control chart to solve practical problems, this paper mainly discusses the following two aspects of research: 1) the production quality control of motorcycle lamp flash device, The Shewhart control chart based on 3 蟽 principle is generally used in the flicker frequency detection of the flash device in factories, so that the tiny abnormal situation in production can not be detected in time, and the qualified rate of the product is reduced. Because the CUSUM control chart can detect the small drift of flash frequency in time, the CUSUM control chart can be used to monitor the flicker frequency of flash device, which can solve the problem of Shewhart control chart. The efficiency of the control chart is improved, and the production cost is saved at the same time as the quality of the product is guaranteed. Investors usually buy and sell stocks through the stock forecast value. Because of the inevitable error between the forecast value and the real value, This paper uses one-sided CUSUM control chart to monitor the risk of stock forecast value online. When the control chart sends out alarm message, it reminds stock investors that the risk of stock investment is increasing at the moment. For adventurous investors, consider dealing with some of the shares and profiting from them at great risk.
