【摘要】：在工程學應用中使用小波變換時,人們往往避開構造小波基的過程,而是在多分辨算法中使用現(xiàn)有的小波基,因此小波基的構造在一段時間內(nèi)獲得了人們的追捧。本文具體對統(tǒng)一對稱的小波雙框架的構造進行研究,主要目的是為了用此種類型的濾波器組來解決表面多分辨率處理中的特殊端點問題。對于整個構造過程來說,濾波器組的參數(shù)化表示是一個關鍵環(huán)節(jié),本文使用模板形式實現(xiàn)多分辨算法,從最簡單的模板表示形式開始,通過不斷地交替使用提升格式,來實現(xiàn)簡單模板表示的復雜化,其中模板越復雜,獲得理想濾波器組的概率越大。本文通過將模板推導為多分辨算法形式,來獲取濾波器組的參數(shù)化表示。根據(jù)混合酉擴展原理的條件,可以針對濾波器組構造一系列方程組,通過求解方程組可以獲得參數(shù)的實例,而對于帶有三個小波濾波器組的小波雙框架而言,其構造的方程組結構很復雜,以致于消元法不能直接對其求解,為了解決這一問題,本文采用先對一部分參數(shù)進行實例化,然后再使用消元法對方程組進行簡化,如此反復進行,直到所有參數(shù)都被實例化,這樣在一定程度上減小了處理過程中的計算量。對于構建多分辨算法模板部分,本文分為了三種情況進行了討論,以致于產(chǎn)生了三種類型的小波雙框架,并對每種類型的小波雙框架進行了相應的對稱性證明,獲得了對應類型的一個實例。最后,本文對基于小波框架變換的分裂布雷格曼算法進行了簡要的概括,并對其在圖像去模糊中的運用進行了仿真實驗,對比了每種類型濾波器組的實驗效果。
[Abstract]:When using wavelet transform in engineering applications, people often avoid the process of constructing wavelet bases, but use existing wavelet bases in multi-resolution algorithms. Therefore, the construction of wavelet bases has been popular for a period of time. In this paper, the construction of unified symmetric wavelet double frames is studied. The main purpose of this paper is to solve the special endpoint problem in surface multi-resolution processing by using this kind of filter banks. The parameterized representation of filter banks is a key step in the whole construction process. In this paper, we use the template form to realize the multi-resolution algorithm, starting with the simplest template representation, we use the lifting format alternately to realize the complexity of the simple template representation, and the more complex the template, the more complex the template is. The higher the probability of obtaining ideal filter banks, the more parameterized representation of filter banks can be obtained by deducing the template as a multi-resolution algorithm. According to the condition of mixed unitary expansion principle, a series of equations can be constructed for filter banks. Examples of parameters can be obtained by solving equations, but for wavelet biframes with three wavelet filter banks, the structure of the equations constructed by them is so complex that the elimination method cannot solve them directly. In order to solve this problem, In this paper, some parameters are instantiated, then the equations are simplified by means of elimination method, which is repeated until all parameters are instantiated. In this way, the computation in the processing process is reduced to a certain extent. For the part of constructing the multi-resolution algorithm template, this paper discusses three kinds of cases, resulting in three types of wavelet double frames. The corresponding symmetry of each type of wavelet biframe is proved, and an example of the corresponding type is obtained. Finally, the split Bregman algorithm based on wavelet frame transform is briefly summarized in this paper. Simulation experiments are carried out on the application of the filter banks in image de-blurring, and the experimental results of each type of filter banks are compared.
