【摘要】：當(dāng)前,公立醫(yī)院面臨著自身服務(wù)質(zhì)量問題突出和民營醫(yī)院快速崛起的內(nèi)外部雙重威脅,如何通過調(diào)整發(fā)展策略、優(yōu)化資源配置而顯著提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量,已逐漸成為公立醫(yī)院關(guān)注的重大發(fā)展問題�；诖�,整合構(gòu)建公立醫(yī)院服務(wù)的患者重要性—感知質(zhì)量理論模型,開發(fā)設(shè)計調(diào)查量表,對1 256個有效樣本進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查,并通過配對樣本T檢驗、描述性分析和聚類分析,研究結(jié)論表明:公立醫(yī)院服務(wù)各要素層與指標(biāo)層的患者重要性和感知質(zhì)量存在顯著差距;基于PZB和IPA整合模型的質(zhì)量提升優(yōu)先權(quán)要素類型劃分是合理的;針對結(jié)論提出改進(jìn)公立醫(yī)院服務(wù)質(zhì)量的策略及建議。
[Abstract]:At present, public hospitals are facing the double threats of their own service quality problems and the rapid rise of private hospitals. How to improve the service quality by adjusting the development strategy and optimizing the allocation of resources, It has gradually become a major development problem that public hospitals pay attention to. Based on this, we integrate the theoretical model of patient-perceived quality of public hospital services, develop and design a survey scale, and carry out a sample survey of 1 256 valid samples. Through paired sample T test, descriptive analysis and cluster analysis, the research results show that: there is a significant difference in patient importance and perceived quality between each element layer of public hospital service and index layer; It is reasonable to divide the priority factors of quality improvement based on PZB and IPA integration model, and to put forward the strategies and suggestions to improve the service quality of public hospitals.
