【摘要】:本文研究一類離散SCIRS模型的動力學(xué)性態(tài),利用再生矩陣的方法得到模型的基本再生數(shù),證明模型無病平衡點(diǎn)的全局漸近穩(wěn)定性,以及模型地方病平衡點(diǎn)的存在性與一致持續(xù)性.數(shù)值模擬顯示地方病平衡點(diǎn)可能是全局漸近穩(wěn)定的.最后,把模型應(yīng)用到我國流腦的傳播中,通過數(shù)值模擬的結(jié)果和法定傳染病報告的結(jié)果對比,表明該模型在一定程度上可以用來預(yù)測流腦在我國的傳播.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the dynamical behavior of a class of discrete SCIRS model is studied. The basic reproducing number of the model is obtained by using the method of reproducing matrix, and the global asymptotic stability of the disease-free equilibrium point of the model is proved. Numerical simulation shows that the endemic equilibrium may be globally asymptotically stable. Finally, the model is applied to the transmission of meningitis in China. By comparing the results of numerical simulation with the results of the report of legal infectious diseases, it is shown that the model can be used to predict the spread of meningitis in China to some extent.
