食品供應(yīng)鏈中溯源信息共享的演化博弈分析

【摘要】:為滿足消費(fèi)者食品安全需求,防范食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),中國(guó)從2000年逐步推行可追溯體系,企業(yè)參與溯源信息共享的意愿決定了可追溯體系的推廣程度。因此,構(gòu)建了食品生產(chǎn)商和食品加工商的演化博弈模型,分析了二者在溯源信息共享中的穩(wěn)定策略,并利用數(shù)值仿真演示了不同參數(shù)下模型的演化路徑。結(jié)果表明:共享溯源信息的投入產(chǎn)出比,共享溯源信息所減少的損失值和"搭便車"收益的大小影響演化結(jié)果。最后,結(jié)合本研究的研究結(jié)論,為可追溯體系的發(fā)展提供相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In order to meet consumers' food safety needs and guard against food safety risks, China has been implementing a traceability system since 2000. The willingness of enterprises to participate in traceability information sharing determines the degree of promotion of traceability system. The evolutionary game model of food producers and food processors is constructed, and their stability strategies in traceability information sharing are analyzed. Numerical simulation is used to demonstrate the evolution path of the model under different parameters. The results show that the input-output ratio of the shared traceability information, the reduced loss value of the shared traceability information and the size of the "hitchhiking" benefit affect the evolution results. Based on the conclusion of this study, some suggestions are provided for the development of traceability system.
