4種中藥顆粒劑吸濕過(guò)程的數(shù)學(xué)模型應(yīng)用研究 嚴(yán)云良,戴曉燕,吳巧鳳,錢微微,許華萍,黃瑛 (浙江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué),,杭州 310053) 摘要:目的:建立最符合中藥顆粒劑吸濕過(guò)程的數(shù)學(xué)模型。方法:分析4種中藥顆粒劑(祛瘀清熱顆粒、清肺顆粒、感冒靈顆粒、板藍(lán)根顆粒)的吸濕過(guò)程,采用雙指數(shù)模型、二次曲線模型、Higuchi方程等7種數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)中藥顆粒劑吸濕數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,并評(píng)價(jià)各個(gè)模型的擬合效果。結(jié)果:雙指數(shù)模型、一級(jí)過(guò)程、二次曲線模型的決定系數(shù)(R )均較大,殘差平方和(RSS)均較小,綜合3種模型的實(shí)際應(yīng)用意義,雙指數(shù)模型更適用于模擬中藥顆粒劑的吸濕過(guò)程。結(jié)論:雙指數(shù)模型適合表征中藥顆粒劑的吸濕過(guò)程。關(guān)鍵詞:中藥顆粒劑;吸濕;數(shù)學(xué)模型;雙指數(shù)模型基金資助:浙江省中醫(yī)藥普通課題研究計(jì)劃(N o.2009C A005,N o.2008C A006);浙江省自然科學(xué)基金 (No.Y2110991) 2
Application of mathematical model on the moisture absorption process of four kinds of traditional Chinese herbal granule YAN Yun-liang, DAI Xiao-yan, WU Qiao-feng, QIAN Wei-wei, XU Hua-ping, HUANG Ying (Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, Hangzhou 310053, China)
Abstract: Objective: To establish the most appropriate mathematical mode to meet the moisture adsorption process of traditional Chinese herbal granules. Method: We analyzed the moisture absorption process of four kinds of traditional Chinese herbal granules by using 7 kinds of models such as the double exponential absorption model, quadraticed curve and higuchi model. And then estimate all the absorption models. Result: Statistical analysis showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) of Double exponential model, first order kinetics model and Quadratic curve were all optimal with small sum of squares ( R2). Considering the practical application meaning, the double exponential model was reckoned as the best model for simulating the moisture absorption process of traditional Chinese herbal granules. Conclusion: The double exponential was suitable for describing the moisture absorption process of traditional Chinese herbal granules.

由于中藥湯劑服用不便,中藥顆粒制劑是現(xiàn)代中藥制劑的主要形式。中藥成分復(fù)雜,多含有蛋白質(zhì)、多糖等親水性成分,極易吸濕,吸濕后可引起中藥顆粒制劑結(jié)塊、流動(dòng)性降低、潮解等,進(jìn)而引起氧化、
水解、含量降低或組分間配伍變化,使顆粒劑的物理、化學(xué)和生物穩(wěn)定性降低,并給生產(chǎn)和貯存帶來(lái)困難 [1-2]
制劑的防潮技術(shù)提供依據(jù)。材料 1.儀器 BS110S電子天平(北京賽多利斯有限公司); S.C.101-2型鼓風(fēng)電熱恒溫干燥箱 (浙江省嘉興市新塍電器廠);空調(diào);干燥器等。 2.試劑 氯化鈉(上海試四赫維化工有限公司,批號(hào): 090702);祛瘀清熱顆粒(批號(hào): 20090923,由本院制劑室提供)、清肺顆粒(批號(hào): 20101202,由本院制劑室提供);感冒靈顆粒(批號(hào): 0912112H,三九醫(yī)藥股份有限公司);板藍(lán)根顆粒 (批號(hào): 20091263,昆明圣火藥業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司)。方法與結(jié)果 1.吸濕過(guò)程的理論分析及數(shù)學(xué)模型[3] 中藥顆粒制劑多以浸膏粉為原料,經(jīng)現(xiàn)代工藝加工而成。中藥固體制劑吸濕過(guò)程
。故在制備顆粒過(guò)程中控制合理的濕度及放置時(shí)間對(duì)制
劑的成型性、穩(wěn)定性至關(guān)重要。當(dāng)前,關(guān)于中藥顆粒劑吸濕過(guò)程的模型研究報(bào)道較少,因此建立其吸濕過(guò)程的數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)其吸濕過(guò)程進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析,對(duì)于歸納總結(jié)中藥顆粒制劑的吸濕性規(guī)律,具有重要意義。本文通過(guò)對(duì)感冒靈顆粒、板藍(lán)根顆粒等4種中藥顆粒劑吸濕百分率的測(cè)定,并用不同數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)其吸濕時(shí)間曲線進(jìn)行擬合,期望能夠找到一種準(zhǔn)確描述中藥顆粒劑吸濕過(guò)程的數(shù)學(xué)模型,為深入研究其吸濕性行為和研究中藥
