近紅外偏振干涉相位補償器的穩(wěn)定性

【摘要】:相位補償器是偏振干涉儀的核心部件,其穩(wěn)定性直接影響偏振干涉光譜儀的可靠性.本文分析了相位補償器的光程差相對靈敏度、光楔傾斜誤差、斜入射角誤差和溫度適應性等指標,并給出相應的誤差容限計算公式.研究表明:相位補償器移動光楔沿運動方向的抗干擾能力是經(jīng)典邁克爾遜干涉儀的2/Δnsinθ倍,抗傾斜能力是經(jīng)典邁克爾遜干涉儀的1.75/Δn倍;當入射光以微量傾斜誤差入射后,相位補償器不會產(chǎn)生額外的附加光程差; 20~85℃范圍內(nèi)的溫度變化對相位補償器產(chǎn)生的最大光程差誤差為1.8μm,具有很高的熱穩(wěn)定性;當光楔角為30°時,干涉儀在性能、尺寸和成本之間達到均衡;晶體材料的雙折射率差通常遠小于1,偏振干涉的穩(wěn)定性更加明顯.本研究為相位補償器在更為復雜的環(huán)境中的應用奠定了基礎.
[Abstract]:Phase compensator is the core component of polarization interferometer, and its stability directly affects the reliability of polarization interference spectrometer. In this paper, the relative sensitivity of optical path difference, wedges tilt error, oblique incident angle error and temperature adaptability of phase compensator are analyzed, and the corresponding error tolerance formulas are given. The results show that the anti-interference ability of the phase compensator moving wedges along the moving direction is 2 / 螖 nsin theta times higher than that of the classical Michelson interferometer, and the anti-tilt ability is 1.75 / 螖 n times of that of the classical Michelson interferometer. When the incident light is incident with a micro tilt error, the phase compensator will not produce additional optical path difference, and the maximum optical path difference error of the phase compensator is 1.8 渭 m due to the temperature change in the range of 鈮,
