隨著中國(guó)加入WTO導(dǎo)致的銀行業(yè)對(duì)外開放和國(guó)內(nèi)銀行業(yè)體制革新的不斷深化,國(guó)內(nèi)銀行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。為了適應(yīng)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行正在加速進(jìn)行金融創(chuàng)新以應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者對(duì)金融資源的爭(zhēng)奪,對(duì)信息化的依賴程度越來(lái)越高。而商業(yè)銀行在信息化過程中需要處理大量報(bào)表、賬單、影像、電子文檔、圖片、音頻、視頻等非機(jī)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)。因此非結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)的管理在商業(yè)銀行信息化過程中已經(jīng)成為重要一環(huán)。如果能夠?qū)Ψ墙Y(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行集中管理,并為銀行各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)提供統(tǒng)一的查詢、調(diào)閱、修改等服務(wù),將為銀行業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。本文結(jié)合某商業(yè)銀行的電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目,對(duì)非結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)和應(yīng)用做了一定研究。電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng)的主要目標(biāo)是充分運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)(計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等技術(shù)),實(shí)現(xiàn)電子檔案的存儲(chǔ)、管理和查詢的電子化和集中化,從而達(dá)到提高核心銀行系統(tǒng)的處理效率,提高用戶服務(wù)質(zhì)量;減輕金融部門的電子檔案在存儲(chǔ)、管理和查詢的工作難度,減少人力、物力和空間的投入;轉(zhuǎn)變目前業(yè)務(wù)處理分散的局面,提高業(yè)務(wù)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的目的。電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目,是某商業(yè)銀行為了集中管理各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的非結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù),并為各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)提供檔案的查詢、調(diào)閱等服務(wù)而搭建的業(yè)務(wù)支撐平臺(tái)。隨著某商業(yè)銀行的業(yè)務(wù)處理系統(tǒng)的集中趨勢(shì),各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的檔案管理的需要越來(lái)越大,為此建立電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng),將相關(guān)的電子檔案進(jìn)行一級(jí)行的集中管理,根據(jù)“分行數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)總體規(guī)劃”,電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng)是建立一個(gè)影像存儲(chǔ)平臺(tái),并基于大容量存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備進(jìn)行管理,同時(shí)為國(guó)際單證業(yè)務(wù)、CM2002信貸審批流程改造、中長(zhǎng)期貸款評(píng)級(jí)改造、會(huì)計(jì)流程再造、牡丹卡申請(qǐng)審批流程革新等項(xiàng)目提供影像服務(wù),轉(zhuǎn)變目前業(yè)務(wù)處理分散的局面,提高業(yè)務(wù)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。電子檔案系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要功能有:1、影像錄入-提供分散掃描、集中掃描、影像修改、影像質(zhì)檢等功能,分散掃描支持Linux/Windows圖形新終端。包括有:影像掃描(包括掃描主控界面、掃描初始化、掃描屬性管理、圖像處理、掃描功能);影像質(zhì)檢(包括質(zhì)檢主控界面、掃描批次的選擇、圖像的調(diào)閱、自動(dòng)質(zhì)檢、圖像修改等功能);影像補(bǔ)錄(用戶可從指定文件夾獲取影像或直接掃描影像,追加、替換、插入到批次中);影像批注(可在影像中增加、修改、刪除批注信息)、圖像處理(對(duì)影像進(jìn)行糾偏、去黑邊、去黑斑、去陰影等處理功能);2、影像傳輸-利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),將電子影像傳輸?shù)搅硪慌_(tái)服務(wù)器上的操作,其中能夠支持?jǐn)帱c(diǎn)續(xù)傳、斷點(diǎn)重傳、自動(dòng)重傳等功能,并能夠進(jìn)行流量制約的機(jī)制。包括有:本地代理傳輸(包括各種傳輸參數(shù)配置、傳輸對(duì)策配置、傳輸過程制約、數(shù)據(jù)重傳等功能);影像緩存(功能基本同本地代理傳輸,增加了影像歸檔功能,提供影像歸入電子檔案的CM服務(wù)器中);3、影像查詢-提供用戶查詢影像的功能,分為按業(yè)務(wù)號(hào)查詢和按業(yè)務(wù)信息查詢。包括有:按業(yè)務(wù)號(hào)查詢(適用于對(duì)接系統(tǒng),用戶根據(jù)電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng)提供的業(yè)務(wù)號(hào)來(lái)定位查詢影像);按業(yè)務(wù)信息查詢(用戶可以輸入已保存在電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng)中的業(yè)務(wù)信息,進(jìn)行查詢影像);4、離線數(shù)據(jù)管理-將電子影像集中存放在存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)(DVD光盤)中的處理過程,并提供良好的存儲(chǔ)管理機(jī)制、安全機(jī)制和查詢機(jī)制。包括有:數(shù)據(jù)離線的整理(將電子影像與相關(guān)索引信息做整理導(dǎo)出為文件格式);離線數(shù)據(jù)的查詢(提供離線數(shù)據(jù)查詢主控界面,并根據(jù)查詢條件在光盤內(nèi)檢索目標(biāo)影像,并顯示出來(lái));5、目錄服務(wù):是提供用戶檢索全行內(nèi)所有電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng)信息的功能。該目錄服務(wù)有地區(qū)信息管理、代理服務(wù)器信息管理功能。6、CM服務(wù):作為內(nèi)容管理服務(wù)器的中間件做請(qǐng)求的中轉(zhuǎn)用途,包括有系統(tǒng)的配置信息、服務(wù)控臺(tái)等功能。7、系統(tǒng)管理-提供多種維護(hù)和管理功能。包括有:用戶管理(該功能負(fù)責(zé)用戶、用戶組的新增、修改、刪除,并負(fù)責(zé)權(quán)限的定義、維護(hù)管理);日志管理(提供了日志管理功能,記錄日常批量處理的情況);監(jiān)控管理(該功能實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)通訊、接口調(diào)用情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)控管理,該監(jiān)控管理是通過淺析淺析每日記錄的日志情況實(shí)現(xiàn)的);客戶端程序更新(為客戶端提供自動(dòng)更新升級(jí)服務(wù)。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)版本發(fā)生升級(jí)時(shí),客戶端通過此功能檢索服務(wù)器的版本,用最新的版本升級(jí))8、公文檔案處理-為辦公室提供的電子公文檔案處理的功能,包括部門管理、日志管理、文件類型管理、保存期限管理、期限管理、密碼管理、手工錄入、公文歸檔、在線查詢處理等。9、CM2002信貸存量檔案處理-為辦公室和信貸部門提供信貸存量檔案處理的功能,包括CM2002數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入、CM2002檔案的查詢、處理等。10、前臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)憑證處理-為縮微中心提供前臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)憑證的處理功能,該功能同集中式模式實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能基本一致。在本文中主要討論了電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng)的平臺(tái)架構(gòu),同時(shí)對(duì)于電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng)的部署方式和業(yè)務(wù)處理模式也做了詳細(xì)描述。由于篇幅限制,在電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)部分只是討論了緩存服務(wù)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),緩存服務(wù)是電子檔案關(guān)系系統(tǒng)較復(fù)雜的一個(gè)模塊,也是核心模塊之一。緩存服務(wù)主要負(fù)責(zé)將質(zhì)檢后的檔案存儲(chǔ)在緩存服務(wù)器,并提供查閱、復(fù)核等功能,通過調(diào)用結(jié)卷通知接口后,檔案會(huì)傳輸、歸檔到內(nèi)容管理服務(wù)器。所以通過緩存服務(wù)的詳細(xì)介紹,可以讓我們對(duì)整個(gè)電子檔案歸檔系統(tǒng)有深入的了解。
【Abstract】 Since China entered into WTO, the progress of banking industry’s opening to the outside world and system reform has been quickening, and the competitions have become more and more severe. To adjust themselves to global competitions, domestic commercial banks are accelerating financial innovation. As a result, they rely more and more heavily on informatization, which demands the processing of great number of unstructured data, such as report forms, bills, images, electronic documents, pictures, audio and video frequency. Therefore, the management of unstructured data becomes an important factor of banking informatization. If the data can be centralized, and offer uniform enquiry, document retrieval and revision, they can establish a solid technical basis for banking innovation.This thesis makes a survey on storage and application of unstructured data, with reference to an electronic archives archiving system project. The goal of this system is to utilize advanced computer techniques, realize the electronization and centralization of electronic files’storage, management and enquiry, and thus achieve improvement of efficiency of the core banking system and service quality.The electronic archives archiving system project referred to in this essay is established by a commercial bank to manage unstructured data produced by various business systems and to provide services like enquiry, document retrieval and so on. To meet the requirement of a centralizing tendency and ever enlarging demand of file management, an electronic archives archiving system is established. The relevant electronic files are managed together by top-level branches. According to the“overall planning of branch data platform”, the system is to establish a video storage platform, to manage it on the basis of large capacity storage facility, and to realize many other functions as well. The main functions of electronic file system are:1. Image entering: offering dispersive scanning, mass scanning, image revision, and image quality testing. The dispersive scanning supports Linux/Windows new graph terminator. Including: image scanning (including the major control interface, the initialization, scanning properties supervision, image processing and scanning), image quality testing (including the major control interface, batch choosing, image retrieval, auto testing and revision), back tracking (to fetch or scan images from assigned files, and add, replace or insert to batches), annotation (to add, revise and delete annotations) and image processing (to correct, delete lines, shadows or dark spots).2.Image transmitting: to transmit images to another server, including local agent transmitting and image caching.3.Image query: to offer image query through transact code and transact information, including according to transact code (applicable to butted system) and according to transact information (to check images by inputting information).4.Offline data processing: to store images in DVD and provide excellent management, security and enquiry system, including offline data arrangement and offline data query.5. Catalogue service: to provide enquiry of all electronic archives archiving system, including area information management and proxy server information management.6. CM Service: to transfer data among servers.7. System management: to offer various maintaining and managing services, including client management, diary management, supervision management and client program updating.8. Document processing: to provide e-document processing services, including department management, diary management, classification, etc.9. CM2002 credit stock file management: to provide credit stock file processing services, including data importing, file query and processing.10. Front desk credential processing: to provide credential processing service.This thesis studies on platform schema of electronic archives archiving system, and describes in details its organization and patterns. Through a detailed introduction of caching service, the essay gives a profound analysis of the whole system. Some suggestions for further work are forwarded at the end.
