用于無線能量采集的緊湊型寬帶整流天線

  本文的工作包括小型化寬帶天線和射頻-直流(RF-DC)轉(zhuǎn)換電路的設(shè)計和制造,主要用于低功率能量領(lǐng)域。本文所實現(xiàn)的新穎設(shè)計有助于減小器件尺寸,并且能以多種模式靈活兼容無線局域網(wǎng)(WLAN)。本文可分為三個部分。隨著無線系統(tǒng)的出現(xiàn),寬帶整流天線系統(tǒng)越來越需要無線能量采集。本文第一部分介紹共面波導(dǎo)(CPW)寬帶天線,該天線具有高增益和雙向輻射模式的特點,適用于射頻能量采集。通過改變天線形狀、饋電間隙、內(nèi)嵌狹縫、缺陷接地結(jié)構(gòu)(DGS),以及調(diào)整輻射器與地之間的間距,對所提出的設(shè)計方案進行了優(yōu)化。本文設(shè)計了雙頻帶天線和寬帶天線共兩種天線,雙頻帶天線工作頻帶為1.22.8 GHz和3.1-3.7 GHz;寬帶天線工作頻帶為1.8GHz5.1GHz。雙頻帶天線增益高達8.9d B,新型寬帶天線在近乎全向輻射模式下的增益為5.6 d B。雙頻段天線大小僅為1.5cmx 3.5cm,而寬帶天線大小也只有1.8cmx3cm。本文詳細(xì)分析了新型蝴蝶結(jié)形狹縫天線、自然啟發(fā)的三角形裂環(huán)諧振器(TSSR)、半圓形地天線和多層天線的天線參數(shù)。本論文所設(shè)計的所有仿真和測量方...
