星間高速相干激光通信系統(tǒng)中的光學鎖相環(huán)技術(shù)

【摘要】:零差相干激光通信系統(tǒng)具有高速率及遠距離傳輸?shù)奶匦?在星間高速激光通信骨干網(wǎng)中占有重要地位。分析了光學鎖相環(huán)的工作原理并建立了相應的數(shù)學模型,得到了光學鎖相環(huán)的開環(huán)及閉環(huán)傳遞函數(shù),推導了誤差傳遞函數(shù),分析了環(huán)路帶寬的影響因素。分析了鎖相環(huán)路中的相位噪聲誤差,建立了誤差因素、探測靈敏度以及環(huán)路帶寬之間的關(guān)系。分析得到鎖相環(huán)的優(yōu)化帶寬為1.5 MHz,測試了接收機的誤碼率。當通信速率為5Gbit/s、調(diào)制方式為二進制相移鍵控時,得到接收機的接收靈敏度為-41.4dBm,誤碼率為10-7。
[Abstract]:Zero-difference coherent laser communication system has the characteristics of high speed and long-distance transmission, and plays an important role in the backbone network of inter-satellite high-speed laser communication. The working principle of optical phase-locked loop is analyzed and the corresponding mathematical model is established. The open-loop and closed-loop transfer functions of optical phase-locked loop are obtained, the error transfer function is derived, and the influencing factors of loop bandwidth are analyzed. The phase noise error in phase-locked loop is analyzed, and the relationship among error factors, detection sensitivity and loop bandwidth is established. The optimal bandwidth of the phase-locked loop is 1.5 MHz, and the bit error rate (BER) of the receiver is measured. When the communication rate is 5 Gbit / s and the modulation mode is binary phase shift keying, the receiving sensitivity of the receiver is-41.4 dBm and the bit error rate is 10 鈮,
