取向?qū)訁?shù)對響應(yīng)時間的影響

【摘要】:為了減小液晶波前校正器的響應(yīng)時間,本文結(jié)合光控取向技術(shù),研究了取向?qū)宇A(yù)傾角及錨定強度特性對器件響應(yīng)性能的影響。以液晶動力學方程為依據(jù),分析預(yù)傾角效應(yīng)對液晶器件響應(yīng)時間的影響;利用預(yù)傾角及錨定強度與響應(yīng)時間的定量關(guān)系,推導(dǎo)出錨定強度與預(yù)傾角的關(guān)系,從而簡化了錨定強度的測量方法。采用光譜法監(jiān)測了光控取向膜的取向度;以此為依據(jù),利用4種不同曝光方式獲得了不同的預(yù)傾角。理論模擬及實驗結(jié)果一致表明:偶氮染料分子(SD1)獲得一定的錨定強度后,通過降低其預(yù)傾角角度,其所制器件的響應(yīng)性能實現(xiàn)了優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the response time of liquid crystal wavefront corrector, the effects of preinclination angle and anchoring strength characteristics of orientation layer on the response performance of liquid crystal wavefront corrector are studied in this paper. Based on the dynamic equation of liquid crystal, the influence of predip effect on the response time of liquid crystal device is analyzed. Based on the quantitative relationship between preinclination angle and anchoring strength and response time, the relationship between anchoring strength and predip angle is derived, which simplifies the measurement method of anchoring strength. The orientation degree of the optically controlled orientation film was monitored by spectroscopy, and different predip angles were obtained by using four different exposure methods. The theoretical simulation and experimental results show that after the azo dye molecule (SD1) obtains a certain anchoring strength, the response performance of the device is optimized by reducing its preinclination angle.
