【摘要】：針對目前風(fēng)電機(jī)組有線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)安裝、維護(hù)不便和監(jiān)測點(diǎn)有限等問題,設(shè)計(jì)了基于ZigBee的風(fēng)電機(jī)組振動故障監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)由傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)、協(xié)調(diào)器節(jié)點(diǎn)、3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)和監(jiān)控中心組成。傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)采集機(jī)組各部位的振動參數(shù)并發(fā)送至協(xié)調(diào)器節(jié)點(diǎn),經(jīng)過協(xié)調(diào)器節(jié)點(diǎn)處理的信息通過3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)送至遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控中心,此設(shè)計(jì)提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性和實(shí)時性。測試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)間通信良好,系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定性高,數(shù)據(jù)傳輸實(shí)時性好,及時給出報警信息,故障診斷正確率達(dá)到95.5%。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of installation, inconvenient maintenance and limited monitoring points of wind turbine cable monitoring system, a wind turbine vibration fault monitoring system based on ZigBee is designed. The system is composed of sensor node, coordinator node, 3G network and monitoring center. The sensor node collects the vibration parameters of each part of the unit and sends it to the coordinator node. The information processed by the coordinator node is sent to the remote monitoring center through 3G network. This design improves the reliability and real-time performance of the system. The test results show that the communication between the nodes of the system is good, the stability of the system is high, the real-time data transmission is good, the alarm information is given in time, and the correct rate of fault diagnosis is 95.5%.
