一種估算微帶傳輸線輻射敏感性的解析電路模型

【摘要】:根據(jù)傳輸線理論和電磁場(chǎng)理論,文中提出了一種估算微帶傳輸線輻射敏感性的時(shí)域解析電路模型.該模型能夠快速得到微帶傳輸線對(duì)外界電磁干擾的敏感閾值,使用國(guó)際電工委員會(huì)橫電磁標(biāo)準(zhǔn)62132-2規(guī)定的橫電磁小室作為測(cè)試環(huán)境,選用具有陡峭邊沿能直觀地呈現(xiàn)微帶傳輸線輻射敏感性的傳輸線脈沖作為電磁干擾信號(hào).以此模型應(yīng)用實(shí)例來(lái)說(shuō)明模型的有效性,得到了具體的解析電路模型參數(shù),由模型計(jì)算和測(cè)試結(jié)果的對(duì)比驗(yàn)證了該模型的準(zhǔn)確性.此外,運(yùn)用該模型進(jìn)一步計(jì)算了不同負(fù)載時(shí)微帶傳輸線對(duì)傳輸線脈沖的響應(yīng)情況,并計(jì)算了響應(yīng)中電場(chǎng)耦合和磁場(chǎng)耦合的貢獻(xiàn),得到了負(fù)載變化對(duì)微帶傳輸線輻射敏感性的影響規(guī)律,從而可由負(fù)載的選擇來(lái)提高微帶傳輸線的輻射敏感性.
