液晶顯示激光背光模組關鍵技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:White laser light source, which is composed of red, green and blue, has the advantages of wide color coverage, high color saturation, high brightness, low energy loss, long life and so on. It is leading a new revolution in display technology-"full-color" display. As the terminal of display technology, LCD has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low power consumption, portability and so on. It has replaced the CRT display and become the mainstream display. In recent years, in the field of laser display, many researchers have done a lot of work on projection display technology, and achieved brilliant results. However, the research on laser liquid crystal display technology is still few. Laser liquid crystal display (LCDs), which combines the advantages of laser display and liquid crystal display, not only has important academic research space and value, but also has a huge market prospect. In this paper, some key technologies of laser backlight module of liquid crystal display (LCD) are studied, as follows: 1, the research of laser light source module. The red, green and blue laser can be used in liquid crystal display. Because the optical fiber coupling module is optical fiber end luminous, each module can only emit one laser beam, each display needs more than one luminous point, which requires multiple modules, which increases the complexity and cost of the system. In this paper, we design and study the method of making optical fiber flank luminous, so that a fiber coupling module can have multiple luminescence points. The effects of different hole depth, hole area and hole geometry on the light field are simulated and analyzed. The homogenous light field corresponding to the maximum illuminance of each light point in the range of 5% homogeneity is obtained. Research on laser speckle suppression technology. Because of the interference of laser, the speckle effect of laser light source will seriously affect the quality of display. To solve this problem, it is the precondition to make laser liquid crystal display technology mature and market-oriented, which is of great significance. In this paper, a speckle suppression device based on TN E7 liquid crystal has been constructed for LCD backlight module with semiconductor laser as backlight source. The influence of frequency and voltage on speckle suppression effect has been explored. The speckle contrast was reduced from 6.52% to 2.80.
