高清SDI顯示單元的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, more and more fields use image acquisition and display equipment to complete the functions of visual field expansion. At present, the most widely used in the field of image transmission and display interface are high-definition digital component serial interface (3G-SDI), mobile industry processor interface (MIPI), high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI), The 3G-SDI interface is an advanced serial video interface. The interface can transmit high-definition video and high-quality audio through a coaxial cable. MIPI is the most widely used interface in the field of electronic products such as mobile phones, and the video driver interface has low power consumption. The HDMI and VGA interfaces are the most common digital video interfaces and analog video interfaces in daily life, respectively. To realize the conversion of 3G-SDI interface to other interfaces and to realize real-time image processing in the process of conversion is of great scientific and practical significance for the application of these image transmission and display interfaces in practical engineering. In this paper, a real-time image display and conversion system based on FPGA is proposed, which realizes the conversion from 3G-SDI interface to MIPI interface, HDMI interface and VGA interface, and realizes the related real-time image processing function in the process of interface conversion. The conversion from 3G-SDI interface to MIPI interface is a more innovative application. The work accomplished in this paper includes: 1. The system implementation scheme of 3G-SDI real-time display processing unit is designed and determined. According to the system scheme, the selection of related devices is completed, and the technical documents of relevant devices are collected. 2. According to the established scheme and related technical documents, the schematic diagram of the system and the design and drawing of the PCB diagram are designed and completed, and the hardware platform of the 3G-SDI real-time display and processing unit is successfully built. The hardware platform is composed of the core board of the FPGA core processing unit and the bottom board of the video codec unit. Logic program includes video output interface driver logic, external video input synchronization logic, serial communication logic, SDRAM control logic and so on. The software program includes initialization program of video codec chip and serial port communication program etc. The algorithm design of video processing, such as color space conversion of video signal, enhancement of video image exposure, compression and splicing of two video signals, and programming and debugging of logic program are completed. Finally, the system is tested synthetically. The system can complete the conversion of two 1080P SDI video signals and support the output display of the MIPI,HDMI,VGA interface. The display effect is good and the system works stably.
