多運營商頻譜共享模型和租賃策略

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)頻譜分配方式難以適應未來無線通信業(yè)務的發(fā)展需求,可能導致運營商業(yè)務和用戶服務質(zhì)量受到限制。針對此問題,該文建立了一個包括頻譜租賃服務平臺層、運營商層及用戶層的多運營商頻譜共享模型。在該模型中,多個A類運營商將其多余頻譜放置在頻譜租賃服務平臺,供B類運營商租賃,B類運營商與多個A類運營商既競爭用戶又共享部分頻譜。該文形成了以各類運營商利潤最大化為優(yōu)化目標,以A類運營商的頻譜出租量和B類運營商租賃的頻譜種類及數(shù)量為優(yōu)化變量的最優(yōu)化問題,并求得最優(yōu)解。仿真結(jié)果表明,所提策略在保證用戶服務質(zhì)量(QoS)的同時,顯著提高頻譜資源利用率,并使運營商利潤大幅增加。
[Abstract]:The traditional static spectrum allocation method is difficult to adapt to the development of wireless communication services in the future, which may lead to the limitation of carrier services and user quality of service. To solve this problem, this paper establishes a multi-operator spectrum sharing model including spectrum leasing service platform layer, operator layer and user layer. In this model, a number of class A operators put their excess spectrum on the spectrum rental service platform for class B operators to lease. Class B operators and multiple class A operators both compete for users and share part of the spectrum. This paper presents an optimization problem in which the optimal objective is to maximize the profit of all kinds of operators, and the optimal variables are the spectrum rental volume of class A operators and the type and quantity of spectrum leased by class B operators, and the optimal solution is obtained. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy not only ensures the quality of service (QoS) of users, but also significantly improves the utilization ratio of spectrum resources and greatly increases the profit of operators.
