嚴(yán)寒的冰雪天氣對通信鐵塔服役性能的影響研究
[Abstract]:The freezing snow and ice weather in 2008 caused serious damage and even collapse of communications towers in many parts of the country. With the aggravation of global climate change and frequent extreme cold and hot weather, how to overcome the harm of cold to the communication tower is an urgent problem in the field of communication infrastructure. According to the design code of high-rise structure design code (GB50135-2006), steel structure design code (GB50017-2003) and mobile communication engineering steel tower mast structure design code (YD/T5131-2005) and other relevant documents, this paper analyzes the ice load on communication tower under cold environment. The effect of temperature and wind load on the stiffness of tower members is analyzed. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the stiffness matrix of spatial beam element is derived. The joint stiffness is expressed by a set of dimensionless factors between 0 and 1, which is used to simulate semi-rigid connections in practical engineering. It is ensured that the analysis of tower structure can fully reflect the actual stress situation. (2) based on the engineering example, the finite element analysis of tower mast structure is carried out by midas Gen software. Considering the temperature stress caused by the large change of temperature, the action of wind load under icing condition and the influence of icing on the internal force of the structure, Thus, the influence of extreme weather conditions on the stress state of the tower is revealed. (3) considering the material characteristics of the structure members covered with ice under special weather conditions, the influence of different icing thickness on the stiffness of the tower is analyzed. The influence of icing on tower structure is also analyzed qualitatively.
