TETRA數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)與公眾通信網(wǎng)互聯(lián)互通的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:TETRA數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)是一種專用的移動通信系統(tǒng),廣泛應(yīng)用于公安、交通等各部門的指揮調(diào)度。公眾通信網(wǎng)面向整個社會,是重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。由于公眾通信網(wǎng)具有覆蓋范圍廣、發(fā)展成熟的優(yōu)點(diǎn),數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)具有豐富的指揮調(diào)度功能,所以數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)和公眾通信網(wǎng)將在通信領(lǐng)域長期共存。因此,TETRA數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)和公眾通信網(wǎng)的互聯(lián)互通具有重要的實用價值。本文在綜述了國內(nèi)外各種數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)與公眾通信網(wǎng)互連互通研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析了 TETRA數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)與公眾通信網(wǎng)互聯(lián)互通的架構(gòu)、各組件的功能以及SIP消息與TETRA信令的映射關(guān)系,詳細(xì)描述了 TETRA數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)呼叫公眾通信網(wǎng)呼叫許可、呼叫取消和呼叫拒絕以及公眾通信網(wǎng)呼叫TETRA數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)呼叫許可、呼叫取消和呼叫拒絕的信令流程;然后,設(shè)計了核心模塊TETRA-SIP 網(wǎng)關(guān)的結(jié)構(gòu)、TETRA-SIP 網(wǎng)關(guān)與 MSC 的接口 TS-M、TETRA-SIP 網(wǎng)關(guān)與媒體網(wǎng)關(guān)的接口 TS-G以及TETRA-SIP網(wǎng)關(guān)與SIP-PSTN網(wǎng)關(guān)的接口 TS-S,描述了呼叫控制、信道分配和釋放的PDU,并給出了 TETRA-SIP網(wǎng)關(guān)的主流程、TETRA模塊、SIP模塊以及媒體協(xié)商模塊的處理流程;其次,基于Linux操作系統(tǒng),利用oSIP與eXosip協(xié)議棧和C語言,開發(fā)了 TETRA-SIP網(wǎng)關(guān)的主程序、TETRA模塊、SIP模塊以及媒體協(xié)商模塊,實現(xiàn)了映射TETRA信令和SIP消息的功能;最后,對TETRA數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)呼叫公眾通信網(wǎng)呼叫許可、呼叫取消和呼叫拒絕以及公眾通信網(wǎng)呼叫TETRA數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)呼叫許可、呼叫取消和呼叫拒絕等流程進(jìn)行了測試,測試結(jié)果表明,TETRA-SIP網(wǎng)關(guān)實現(xiàn)了 TETRA數(shù)字集群系統(tǒng)與公眾通信網(wǎng)互聯(lián)互通的功能,滿足設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:TETRA digital trunking system is a special mobile communication system, which is widely used in police, traffic and other departments of command and scheduling. The public communication network is an important infrastructure for the whole society. Because the public communication network has the advantages of wide coverage and mature development, the digital trunking system has rich command and scheduling functions, so the digital trunking system and the public communication network will coexist in the communication field for a long time. Therefore, the interconnection between TETRA digital trunking system and public communication network has important practical value. On the basis of summarizing the research status of interconnection between digital trunking system and public communication network at home and abroad, this paper first analyzes the architecture of interconnection between TETRA digital trunking system and public communication network. The functions of each component and the mapping relationship between SIP messages and TETRA signaling are described in detail. The TETRA digital trunking system call permission, call cancellation and rejection, and public communication network call permission for TETRA digital trunking system are described in detail. Then, the structure of the core module TETRA-SIP gateway is designed, which is the interface between TETRA-SIP gateway and MSC and the interface between TS-MnTETRA-SIP gateway and media gateway, and the interface between TETRA-SIP gateway and SIP-PSTN gateway, and the interface between TETRA-SIP gateway and SIP-PSTN gateway. The main flow chart of TETRA-SIP gateway is given. The main flow chart of TETRA-SIP gateway is the module of Tetra and the processing flow of media negotiation module. Secondly, based on the Linux operating system, the protocol stack and C language of oSIP and eXosip are used. In this paper, the main program of TETRA-SIP gateway is developed, which includes the module of TETRA-SIP and the module of media negotiation, which realizes the function of mapping TETRA signaling and SIP message. Finally, for the TETRA digital trunking system to call the public communication network call permission, Call cancellation and rejection, as well as public communication network call TETRA digital trunking system call permission, call cancellation and call rejection processes were tested. The test results show that TETRA-SIP gateway realizes the function of interconnection between TETRA digital trunking system and public communication network and meets the design requirements.
