Ku波段多通道收發(fā)分機的設計

【摘要】:介紹了一種Ku波段9通道收發(fā)分機,8個工作通道,1個校準通道,用于相控陣雷達的T/R子陣與信號處理分機的傳輸信道。分機采用400Mbps LVDS進行通信控制,在180mm×110mm×40mm體積下實現(xiàn)各通道獨立可控。實現(xiàn)了發(fā)射信號各通道幅度一致性≤±1dB,相位一致性≤±10°;下變頻接收增益73dB,通道幅度一致性≤±1.5dB,相位一致性≤±20°。采用電磁兼容多層主控板+收發(fā)通道分腔設計的思路,實現(xiàn)高增益下低雜散,高通道隔離。
