基于ENOCEAN的可佩戴病房呼叫系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著信息化技術(shù)的發(fā)展,醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域開始朝著智能化的方向快速升級。同時(shí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)也開始關(guān)注在服務(wù)方面的改善,提升病人就醫(yī)體驗(yàn)。其中住院病房是病人較長時(shí)間所處的區(qū)域,是醫(yī)院提升服務(wù)的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注方向。病房的呼叫系統(tǒng)作為連接住院病人和醫(yī)護(hù)人員的橋梁起著至關(guān)重要的作用,目前呼叫系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)開始從有線方式向無線方式轉(zhuǎn)變。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于EnOcean無線技術(shù)的可佩戴病房呼叫系統(tǒng),包括有呼叫器終端、網(wǎng)關(guān)、數(shù)據(jù)庫和監(jiān)控端應(yīng)用程序四部分。呼叫器終端采用的無線方案是EnOcean無線技術(shù),通過采集機(jī)械能量的方式為射頻模塊提供電能,主要由能量采集模塊ECO200和射頻模塊PTM330組成,使用頻段為868MHz。當(dāng)按動(dòng)呼叫器時(shí),射頻模塊會(huì)發(fā)出無線報(bào)文信號,被所處區(qū)域的網(wǎng)關(guān)接收。網(wǎng)關(guān)是由樹莓派開發(fā)板和EnOcean收發(fā)射頻模塊TCM310組成,在接收到呼叫器的無線信號后,先通過ESP協(xié)議程序解析,檢測是否為符合要求的呼叫請求,之后通過基于TCP/IP的網(wǎng)絡(luò)將請求信息上傳至數(shù)據(jù)庫和監(jiān)控端應(yīng)用程序。數(shù)據(jù)庫采用MySQL建立,存放所有呼叫器終端和網(wǎng)關(guān)的硬件信息,以及病人信息和呼叫請求記錄。監(jiān)控端程序主要完成設(shè)置功能和響應(yīng)呼叫請求,可添加或刪除呼叫器終端和網(wǎng)關(guān)的ID,錄入病人信息并分配呼叫器等。圖形界面使用PyQt4編寫,其他功能代碼使用Python語言實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過分析我國醫(yī)院病房現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)定了系統(tǒng)的部署方案,確定了在有障礙物情況下呼叫器的信號室內(nèi)可接收范圍至少達(dá)到9.5米以上。經(jīng)過測試,網(wǎng)關(guān)的信號接收范圍實(shí)際可以達(dá)到覆蓋六間六人制病房的空間需求。本呼叫系統(tǒng)具有使用簡單,易安裝部署、呼叫器無源免維護(hù)等特點(diǎn),在醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、養(yǎng)老院等場所有應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the medical field begins to upgrade rapidly in the direction of intelligence. At the same time, medical institutions are also focusing on the improvement of services to enhance patient experience. The inpatient ward is the area where the patients live for a long time, and is the focus of the hospital promotion service. As a bridge between hospitalized patients and medical staff, the call system of the ward plays an important role. At present, the call system has begun to change from wired mode to wireless mode. A wearable ward call system based on EnOcean wireless technology is designed in this paper, which includes four parts: pager terminal, gateway, database and monitor application. The wireless scheme used in the pager terminal is EnOcean wireless technology. The radio frequency module is mainly composed of the energy acquisition module (ECO200) and the radio frequency module (PTM330), which provides electrical energy for the RF module by collecting mechanical energy. The frequency band is 868 MHz. When the pager is pressed, the radio-frequency module sends out the wireless message signal and is received by the gateway in the region. The gateway is composed of raspberry pie development board and EnOcean radio frequency module TCM310. After receiving the radio signal of the pager, the gateway is resolved by the ESP protocol program to detect whether it is a call request that meets the requirements. Then the request information is uploaded to the database and monitor application through the TCP/IP-based network. The database is set up by MySQL, storing the hardware information of all pager terminals and gateways, as well as patient information and call request record. The monitoring program mainly completes the function of setting up and responding to the call request. It can add or remove the IDs of the pager terminal and gateway, input the patient information and distribute the pager, etc. The graphical interface is written by PyQt4, and other functional codes are implemented by Python language. By analyzing the present situation of hospital wards in our country, the system deployment scheme is set up, and the reception range of the pager in the room with obstacles is determined to be at least 9.5 meters or more. After testing, the signal receiving range of the gateway can meet the space requirement of the six-person ward. The call system is easy to use, easy to install and deploy, pager passive maintenance and other features, in medical institutions, nursing homes and other places of application value.
