一種工作于太赫茲頻段的石墨烯天線

【摘要】:為克服金屬材料在太赫茲頻段的工藝不足,利用石墨烯在該頻段的特性,設(shè)計(jì)了一款工作于1.0 THz的石墨烯貼片天線。根據(jù)隨機(jī)相位近似(RPA)的石墨烯表面電導(dǎo)率模型,研究了面電導(dǎo)率與頻率(太赫茲波段)以及化學(xué)勢的變化關(guān)系,確定了石墨烯材料的物理參數(shù)。該天線結(jié)構(gòu)由石墨烯貼片,聚酰亞胺襯底和地板組成。利用HFSS軟件優(yōu)化,其尺寸僅為220μm×140μm×9μm。石墨烯貼片天線工作頻段為0.98~1.02 THz,-10 d B相對阻抗帶寬為4.0%,最大輻射方向上的增益達(dá)7.32 d B。此外,該天線具有尺寸小,輕便,機(jī)械性能穩(wěn)定,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單且易集成的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:A graphene patch antenna working at 1. 0 THz was designed to overcome the shortage of metal materials in terahertz band. Based on the surface conductivity model of graphene based on random phase approximation (RPA), the relationship between surface conductivity and frequency (terahertz band) and chemical potential is studied, and the physical parameters of graphene materials are determined. The antenna structure consists of graphene patch, polyimide substrate and floor. The size of the system is only 220 渭 m 脳 140 渭 m 脳 9 渭 m. The operating frequency range of graphene patch antenna is 0.98 ~ 1.02 THz-10 dB relative impedance bandwidth is 4.0 and the maximum radiation direction gain is 7.32 dB. In addition, the antenna has the advantages of small size, portable, stable mechanical performance, simple structure and easy integration.
