工業(yè)無(wú)線接入點(diǎn)集中管控與資源調(diào)度機(jī)制研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of wireless control system has achieved remarkable results in industrial automation. The characteristics of wireless control system, such as easy construction and low cost, promote the development of industrial wireless control system, and make it have a huge development space in the field of industrial automation. Because of the low transmission rate of traditional industrial wireless control and control network, it can not meet the needs of developing industrial applications. In this paper, the key technology of WLAN (Wireless Local Network) will be introduced into the industrial field. Although the existing WLAN can support high speed application, it can not be applied to the industrial scene with high real-time and reliability requirements due to the limitation of network characteristics. In order to meet the needs of high-speed industrial applications, the project team improves the existing MAC layer protocols of WLAN, that is, the IEEE 802.11 MAC protocol based on TDMA. This paper combines the separation of control and forwarding and logical centralized control in intelligent collaborative networks. This paper proposes a multi-hop network architecture design and network resource scheduling mechanism for industrial wireless access point centralized management and control system, which can better meet the real-time and reliability requirements of high-speed industrial applications. In this paper, the structure and function of the control management and infrastructure layer of the centralized control system are designed in detail, and the control message format in the system is designed in detail. The core component centralized controller of the control layer controls the network of the infrastructure layer according to the control and forwarding messages, so as to meet the application requirements of the service network resource adaptation and the separation of control and forwarding. The concrete implementation is to bind the resource abstraction of the network operating system with configuration parameters. By adopting the specific control and forwarding message as the transmission carrier of the control message, the centralized controller controls and controls the components of the infrastructure layer. For the three network resources of slot, channel and routing, this paper describes the detailed scheduling design and implementation. Through the algorithm mechanism of slot scheduling and channel scheduling in centralized controller and the graph routing mechanism of routing scheduling, slot scheduling is scheduled. Channel scheduling and routing scheduling combine the configuration messages of link scheduling to the infrastructure layer to achieve the above three scheduling, and then realize the real-time scheduling of network resources. After the above design and implementation, this paper extends the programmable function by DLL (dynamic Link Library). At the end of this paper, the industrial wireless access point centralized control system is tested, including system basic test, centralized control function test and resource scheduling resource test. Through the introduction of logic control and data forwarding separation, open programming interface, centralized control and efficient resource scheduling mechanism and other design ideas, this paper makes the newly developed industrial LAN technology easy to control and schedule. Can meet the existing industrial wireless control network facing some difficulties and challenges.
