智能手機系統(tǒng)圖符識別績效研究

【摘要】:隨著智能手機等智能可移動設(shè)備的蓬勃發(fā)展,智能手機的智能性和交互性也得到進一步完善,圖形化界面的觸屏手機占據(jù)了智能手機的絕大部分市場,日益豐富的應(yīng)用軟件在交互界面上以圖符的形式與用戶進行交互,然而,目前市場上智能手機圖符的設(shè)計和使用現(xiàn)狀卻相當(dāng)混亂,視覺交互設(shè)計師以低識別績效為代價追求圖符的多樣化和個性化;诖,本文以智能手機的系統(tǒng)圖符為研究對象,對圖符的識別過程及其知覺影響因素進行研究,揭示各知覺因素對圖符識別績效的作用機制。本文對符號概念、符號認知模型及圖符識別影響因素等相關(guān)理論進行了系統(tǒng)的梳理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上采用實證研究的方式對圖符的識別過程及其知覺影響因素進行探究。文章首先進行熟悉性、視覺復(fù)雜性、具體性及語義距離四個知覺因素的評定,研究者采用在線評定的方式對選取的77幅智能手機系統(tǒng)圖符進行知覺因素評定,并采用數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件分析各知覺因素之間的相關(guān)性,最終得出智能手機常用系統(tǒng)圖符的知覺因素值以及各因素之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系;然后,文章通過圖符命名實驗探究影響圖符識別績效的知覺因素及各知覺因素對圖符識別的作用機制,研究者通過對33名被試進行圖符命名實驗來獲取77幅系統(tǒng)圖符的命名反應(yīng)時、正確率和命名一致性的值,并以正確的反應(yīng)時間為識別績效指標(biāo)的依據(jù)對具有相同功能含義的圖符劃分等級,此外,本文還通過數(shù)據(jù)分析獲得熟悉性、視覺復(fù)雜性、具體性、語義距離、概念一致性和H值6因素與反應(yīng)時的相關(guān)關(guān)系,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,運用逐步回歸的方法構(gòu)建出一個預(yù)測圖符反應(yīng)時的線性回歸方程;最后,文章通過圖符語義匹配任務(wù)來判斷不同啟動模式背景下圖符識別過程中的特征提取和語義匹配是否對稱,研究者參照前人相關(guān)研究以圖符的熟悉性和具體性兩個指標(biāo)為依據(jù)從備選圖符中確定13幅實驗圖符,通過對32名被試進行2(啟動模式:圖-文啟動模式,文-圖啟動模式)x2(語義匹配關(guān)系:匹配,不匹配)的兩因素圖符語義匹配實驗來得出實驗結(jié)論,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)兩種啟動模式下的圖符識別均存在不同程度的啟動效應(yīng),且兩種啟動模式背景下的圖符識別不對稱。本文依次開展圖符知覺因素評定、圖符命名實驗、圖符語義匹配實驗三方面的研究,逐層深入剖析各知覺因素對圖符識別績效的影響。研究結(jié)論對圖符的設(shè)計和使用具有一定的參考價值,對改善圖符交互效果和提升用戶體驗也具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of smart mobile devices such as smart phones, the intelligence and interactivity of smart phones have been further improved, and touch screen phones with graphical interfaces have occupied most of the market of smart phones. Increasingly rich applications interact with users in the form of graphic characters on the interactive interface. However, the design and use of smart phone symbols in the market is quite chaotic. Visual interaction designers pursue the diversification and individualization of symbols at the expense of low recognition performance. Based on this, this paper studies the recognition process and perceptual influencing factors of the system symbols of smart phones, and reveals the mechanism of each perceptual factor on the performance of character recognition. This paper systematically combs the concept of symbol, the cognitive model of symbol and the influencing factors of symbol recognition. On the basis of this, the paper makes an empirical study on the process of symbol recognition and the influencing factors of its perception. Firstly, four perceptual factors such as familiarity, visual complexity, concreteness and semantic distance were evaluated. The researchers evaluated the perceived factors of 77 selected smart phone system symbols by on-line evaluation. Using data analysis software to analyze the correlation between the perceptual factors, and finally get the common smartphone system symbols perception factors value and the correlation between the factors; then, In this paper, the perceptual factors that affect the performance of character recognition and the mechanism of each perceptual factor acting on the character recognition are explored through the charting naming experiment. The researchers obtained the naming reaction of 77 system symbols by using the charting naming experiment in 33 subjects. The correct rate and naming consistency value, and based on the correct reaction time to identify the performance indicators, the same functional meaning of the symbol classification, in addition, this paper also through data analysis to obtain familiarity, visual complexity, specificity, On the basis of semantic distance, conceptual consistency and the correlation between H value and reaction time, a linear regression equation is constructed by using stepwise regression method. This paper determines whether the feature extraction and semantic matching are symmetrical in the process of identifying the background characters of different starting patterns by using the task of semantic matching of graph runes. Based on the two indexes of familiarity and specificity, the researchers determined 13 experimental symbols from the alternative symbols, and carried out 2 (Startup Mode: graph-text priming mode) among 32 subjects. X2 (semantic matching relation: matching, mismatch) of two factors graph semantic matching experiment to get the experimental conclusion, the study found that there are different degrees of priming effect in the two starting modes. And the symbols in the background of the two startup modes identify asymmetry. In this paper, the evaluation of perceptual factors, naming experiments and semantic matching experiments are carried out in turn, and the effects of perceptual factors on the performance of symbol recognition are analyzed in depth. The conclusion of the study has some reference value for the design and use of graphic symbols, and also has important practical significance for improving the interactive effect of symbols and enhancing the user experience.
