上海軌道交通CBTC無線通信系統(tǒng)抗干擾測試項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制研究

【摘要】:近年來,國際、國內(nèi)軌道交通普遍使用CBTC無線通信系統(tǒng)作為列車信號(hào)控制系統(tǒng),在工作頻段上一般使用2.4GHz免授權(quán)的頻段。然而隨著移動(dòng)通信的迅猛發(fā)展、無線城市的高速建設(shè)以及智能終端的性能提升,2.4GHz頻段的無線電磁環(huán)境呈緊張趨勢,并且對(duì)地鐵CBTC無線通信系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行帶來干擾。因此,擬對(duì)上海軌道交通CBTC無線通信系統(tǒng)的抗干擾性情況進(jìn)行測試評(píng)估,以達(dá)到研究技術(shù)和政策等干擾規(guī)避措施,保障軌道交通CBTC無線通信系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)營等目的。本文在此背景條件下,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)知識(shí),以上海軌道交通CBTC無線通信系統(tǒng)抗干擾測試項(xiàng)目為例,闡述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制的原理及方法在測試項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中的具體應(yīng)用。論文首先介紹了CBTC無線通信系統(tǒng)的概念及其在國內(nèi)外的研究及應(yīng)用,論述了項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)概念,較為系統(tǒng)的介紹了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和控制,包括進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制過程,使用的工具和進(jìn)度控制的方法。其次,論述了上海軌道交通CBTC無線通信系統(tǒng)抗干擾測試項(xiàng)目總體目標(biāo)和組織結(jié)構(gòu),具體包括組織結(jié)構(gòu)選擇、項(xiàng)目參與的人員、職責(zé)劃分、測試項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度安排、項(xiàng)目管理模式。再次,詳細(xì)論述了如何運(yùn)用進(jìn)度計(jì)劃理論對(duì)該測試項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目分解,使用進(jìn)度計(jì)劃工具與技術(shù)構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,并根據(jù)影響因素和資源分配規(guī)劃出該測試項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃表,最終通過關(guān)鍵路徑分析來對(duì)該計(jì)劃表進(jìn)行優(yōu)化調(diào)整。最后,使用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制理論對(duì)該測試項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行監(jiān)控;通過協(xié)調(diào)工期、費(fèi)用和進(jìn)度這三者的關(guān)系,在對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行合理優(yōu)化之后,最終達(dá)到能保質(zhì)保量的完成該測試項(xiàng)目。
[Abstract]:In recent years, CBTC wireless communication system is widely used as train signal control system in international and domestic rail transit, and 2.4GHz freestanding frequency band is generally used in the working frequency band. However, with the rapid development of mobile communication, the high-speed construction of wireless cities and the improvement of the performance of intelligent terminals, the wireless electromagnetic environment of 2.4 GHz band shows a tense trend, and the operation of CBTC wireless communication system in subway is disturbed. Therefore, the anti-interference performance of CBTC wireless communication system of Shanghai rail transit is tested and evaluated in order to study the interference avoidance measures such as technology and policy, and to ensure the safe operation of CBTC wireless communication system of rail transit. Under this background, using the knowledge of project management, this paper takes the anti-jamming test project of CBTC wireless communication system of Shanghai rail transit as an example. The principle and method of project schedule planning and control are expounded. Firstly, the paper introduces the concept of CBTC wireless communication system and its research and application at home and abroad, discusses the related concepts of project management, and systematically introduces the project schedule and control, including the preparation process of schedule plan. Tools used and progress control methods. Secondly, the paper discusses the overall goal and organization structure of anti-jamming test project of CBTC wireless communication system of Shanghai Rail Transit, including the selection of organization structure, the personnel involved in the project, the division of responsibilities, the schedule of the test project and the project management mode. Thirdly, it discusses in detail how to decompose the test project with schedule planning theory, construct the network diagram with schedule planning tools and technology, and plan the schedule of the test project according to the factors and resource allocation. Finally, the critical path analysis is used to optimize and adjust the schedule. Finally, the project schedule control theory is used to monitor the test project, and by coordinating the relationship among duration, cost and schedule, the project schedule is optimized reasonably. Finally, the quality and quantity can be guaranteed to complete the test project.
