【摘要】：針對通信電子防御效能評估過程中指標的不確定性描述問題,提出一種基于云模型和證據(jù)理論的信息融合評估方法。設(shè)計評語等級云發(fā)生器,根據(jù)云隸屬度構(gòu)造基本信度分配函數(shù)。基于證據(jù)距離修正的證據(jù)融合規(guī)則對不同指標的基本信度分配信息進行融合,并將融合后的基本信度分配與評語量化值進行線性加權(quán),得到最終評估結(jié)果。以跳頻通信裝備為例進行通信電子防御效能評估,結(jié)果表明,該方法能有效降低專家評價的主觀性,使評估結(jié)果更準確客觀。
[Abstract]:An information fusion evaluation method based on cloud model and evidence theory is proposed to describe the uncertainty of indicators in the process of evaluating the effectiveness of communication electronic defense. The evaluation level cloud generator is designed and the basic reliability assignment function is constructed according to the cloud membership degree. The rule of evidence fusion based on the correction of evidence distance is used to fuse the basic reliability assignment information of different indexes, and the basic reliability assignment and the quantization value of the evaluation are weighted linearly, and the final evaluation results are obtained. The effectiveness of communication electronic defense is evaluated with frequency hopping communication equipment as an example. The results show that this method can effectively reduce the subjectivity of expert evaluation and make the evaluation results more accurate and objective.
