【摘要】：現(xiàn)有的視頻編碼方法單獨(dú)針對(duì)不同的編碼技術(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,雖然簡(jiǎn)化了算法的實(shí)現(xiàn),但卻忽略了這些技術(shù)之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系而局限了性能的進(jìn)一步提升.嘗試針對(duì)HEVC中的分像素插值和分像素運(yùn)動(dòng)估計(jì),建立一種整合的優(yōu)化算法,同時(shí)提升兩者的計(jì)算速度.首先,通過(guò)細(xì)分不同分像素的插值方法,把每個(gè)分像素的插值代價(jià)融合在分像素運(yùn)動(dòng)估計(jì)的搜索中,并構(gòu)建一種性價(jià)比優(yōu)先的分像素運(yùn)動(dòng)估計(jì)方法.該運(yùn)動(dòng)估計(jì)方法的每一步搜索都按照最小化計(jì)算代價(jià)和最大化率失真收益的原則進(jìn)行,保證以最小的計(jì)算消耗獲得最優(yōu)的性能.其次,為了配合該方法,針對(duì)HEVC的特性構(gòu)建了一種分區(qū)域分像素集的分像素插值算法.該插值算法在分像素運(yùn)動(dòng)估計(jì)過(guò)程中僅動(dòng)態(tài)地計(jì)算所用到的分像素,解決了現(xiàn)有插值算法無(wú)法同時(shí)降低重復(fù)計(jì)算和冗余計(jì)算的問(wèn)題.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該整合算法可以在幾乎不產(chǎn)生率失真性能損失的情況下,大幅度地加快分像素運(yùn)動(dòng)估計(jì)和插值的速度.
[Abstract]:The existing video coding methods are optimized for different coding techniques, which simplify the implementation of the algorithms, but ignore the inherent relationship between these techniques, and limit the further improvement of performance. This paper attempts to establish an integrated optimization algorithm for sub-pixel interpolation and sub-pixel motion estimation in HEVC. Firstly, by subdividing different sub-pixel interpolation methods, the interpolation cost of each sub-pixel is fused into the sub-pixel motion estimation search, and a performance-to-price priority sub-pixel motion estimation method is constructed. Every step search of the motion estimation method is carried out according to the principle of minimizing the computational cost and maximizing the rate-distortion benefit, which ensures the optimal performance with the minimum computational cost. Secondly, according to the characteristics of HEVC, a sub-pixel interpolation algorithm for sub-region pixel set is proposed. This interpolation algorithm only calculates the sub-pixel dynamically in the process of sub-pixel motion estimation, which solves the problem that the existing interpolation algorithm can not reduce the redundant computation and duplicate computation at the same time. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can greatly accelerate the speed of sub-pixel motion estimation and interpolation without rate distortion performance loss.
