【摘要】：目的提升盲人手機創(chuàng)新設計的質量與用戶滿意度。方法提出基于質量屋(HOQ)的產品創(chuàng)新設計方法,通過線上與線下用戶需求獲取數(shù)據并分析,準確識別用戶需求與設計特性構建HOQ。依據HOQ設計特性求解過程與方法,確立設計特性重要度排序與負相關設計特性,并進行設計創(chuàng)新。結論根據盲人手機用戶需求分析與盲人手機HOQ,準確實現(xiàn)了盲人手機的創(chuàng)新設計,并論證了HOQ方法的有效性與可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the quality and user satisfaction of innovative design for blind mobile phones. Methods A product innovation design method based on hoq was proposed. The data were obtained and analyzed through the online and offline user requirements, and the HOQs were constructed by accurately identifying the user requirements and design characteristics. According to the process and method of solving Hoq design characteristics, the order of importance of design characteristics and negative correlation design characteristics are established, and the design innovation is carried out. Conclusion according to the analysis of the needs of blind mobile phone users and the HOQs of blind mobile phones, the innovative design of blind mobile phones is realized accurately, and the effectiveness and feasibility of HOQ method are demonstrated.
